This activity was great if you are a football fan visiting Madrid. Pretty much was you get what you see, and they provide prompt information on where and when to pick up the match tickets.
Watching match on the home ground of Real Madrid and cheering for them was fun. The ticket booking and collecting physical ticket was also too easy. We collected the physical ticket a day before match and reached the stadium an hour before match which made our experience further amazing as we didn’t have to rush for anything.
