The Magic Flute Concert Version Opera

• The Magic Flute
• The year 2026 marks the 270th anniversary of Mozart's birth. The Magic Flute (Die Zauberflöte) is the crowning achievement of this classical music master's life and his final opera. Combining fairy tale fantasy, comic humor, and philosophical metaphors, the Queen of the Night's high-flying, virtuosic aria and the vibrant, lively character melodies continue to be passed down to this day.
• The story follows Prince Tamino as he embarks on an adventure holding a magic flute, enduring trials in pursuit of light and true love. Set in a fantastical musical world, it conveys the power of courage, wisdom, and goodness, making it an irreplaceable classic in the history of German Singspiel. With magical adventures, the struggle between good and evil, and the pursuit of wisdom and true love as its core narrative threads, it uses a fantastical fairy-tale shell to explore humanistic cores such as rationality, inclusivity, truth, goodness, and beauty. Its melodies are beautiful and widely sung, possessing both a fairy-tale atmosphere and profound contemplation, making it suitable for audiences of all ages.
• This concert features Professor Lo King-man of Opera Hong Kong as the Artistic Consultant, Leung Siu-kwan of Hong Kong Chung Lok Lok as the General Director, internationally renowned Chinese conductor Muhai Tang as the Conductor, and renowned Germany-based mezzo-soprano Professor Pi Bao-yi as the Vocal and Language Director.
