- Please put the device in the envelope after use. The parcel can be returned by dropping it in any Australia Post Street Box or Post Office. Please visit the official site to search and check the operating hours of each site
- Most of the time, the hotel staff is happy to post it on your behalf. Please kindly ask the frontdesk to check for you
- There are street post box and post office at Sydney International Airport. While the Australia Post Office in Sydney International Airport operates between 7:00-19:00 daily. The post box at Sydney International Airport Departure Plaza is located at the corner of the Departure Plaza and Cooks River Avenue
- Melbourne Airport:
- T1 Terminal (next to T2 International Terminal), T4 Bus Stop, and the car park (5 minutes walk from T2 International Terminal)
- Perth Airport:
- Located along Boud Avenue (T3/T4 precinct)
- Adelaide Airport:
- Located between the drop off/pick up area and the public bus stop (close to the taxi rank). Please check this link for assistance
- Brisbane International Airport:
- Located on the 4th floor near Departure area. Be sure to post the item before you pass through security and immigration

Ordering the WiFi on Klook was very easy. The choices and instructions were clear. Our flight landed after the WiFi counter closed, so we had the WiFi delivered to our hotel. The delivery went seamlessly. It was waiting for us when we checked in. We opted for 2 GB for the two of us. We used the WiFi all day, until at least 9:00pm. The battery was 1/3 full at the end of our day. WeI would order this battery again, and I would recommend it to friends.

Pretty good, delivered as required to the hotel, no issues there. Connected easily, couple of times service was a bit patchy and couldn't find my location on maps, but otherwise it did as advertised. Easy to return, there was a post box right outside the entrace to departures at Brisbane International Airport so just popped in the provided prepaid envelope and sent off.
Super convenient! Wifi arrived in the hotel days before I was checking in, and prepaid parcel for shipping back was already filled out with all the details! Great coverage too - had signal even in (most parts of) Great Ocean Road. Definitely recommend!
It was so convenient! When I asked the hotel staff, she seemed quite confused as they never had that kind of parcels before lol. During my trip, I fully enjoyed the wireless internet except during a Great Ocean Road tour as the route was quite suburbs. I highly recommend it:)
Set-up was easy. I was immediately able to connect. The battery only lasts about 5 hours, but I was able to extend that with a portable charger. I returned the package at the airport. I would definitely use this product and company, again.
pretty good, just switch on and go. something patchy happening in adj g 2 users for the first account added so rather than 5 users we found we could o my link in 4 at once.
A must for out AUS tour. Battery lasted the whole day and no dead spots.
