Changes are allowed anytime before redemption

The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Same price for all sizes, one ticket per person, admission with purchase QR code.

Children must be 5 years old to enter the park. Those under 5 years old are not permitted to visit. Parents, please arrange your itinerary accordingly.

Children must be accompanied by a ticketed adult (18 years old and above) throughout.

There is a risk of welding spatter in the production workshop. To ensure your safety, please make sure to wear long pants and sneakers during the visit.

Dress Code Notice: Shorts, short skirts, sleeveless tops, high heels, slippers, sandals, and open-toe shoes are strictly prohibited from entering the factory area.

If you are driving, please make sure to fill in your license plate number to enjoy free parking.
