Which routes are included in this activity and whether it is possible to customize the routes? This activity includes a route from Tokyo to Tokyo City/Mount Fuji/Hakone/Kamakura/Yokohama/Izu Atami/Karuizawa , and so on. Also, provide the option that you can customize the route according to your needs. The driver will provide service according to the ordered area. If there is a cross regional service (Mount Fuji+Hakone), there will be a cross regional service fee

How long will we stay at each attraction and does it include admission tickets? The time spent at each attraction can be adjusted according to your needs. Generally, the driver will discuss with you to ensure enough time for visiting and taking photos. As for admission tickets, this activity does not include them; you need to purchase the tickets yourself. Please refer to the package details for included fees.

What items are included in the fees, and what are the extra charges? The activity fee includes fuel, tolls, parking fees, and driver service fees. Additional expenses may include attraction admission fees, meals, and other personal expenses. Guests traveling to Mount Fuji 5th Station must pay the Fuji Subaru Line toll of approximately JPY 2,800–3,200 in cash on-site. When will the operator provide the driver and car plate information after the order is placed? The service provider usually provides the driver information and car plate number one day before the service. The merchant may contact youWhatsapp/LINE/Wechat .

Regarding driver downtime for special itineraries: This product’s default package is based on hotels in Tokyo city proper. If your origin and destination are in different locations, the trip will be calculated based on Tokyo city proper, deducting the vehicle’s downtime and mileage. For example: If the pick-up and drop-off point is in Tokyo city proper and the drop-off point is in Hakone, the usage time will deduct the driver’s downtime (approximately 2 hours) returning to Tokyo from Hakone.

Surcharge table

  • If your trip departs after 12:00 PM and ends after 10:00 PM, in addition to the overtime fee, you will need to pay an extra night service fee of 2,000 JPY per hour (less than one hour will be charged as one hour).
  • This service only provides transportation. The driver does not provide guide or commentary services, but will provide brief explanations and necessary directions in the vehicle.
  • All pick-up and drop-off points for this service are pre-set in Tokyo city. If your pick-up and drop-off points are outside Tokyo, the actual service will be deducted from the driver's waiting time and mileage.
  • Intercity travel outside the city covered by the package will incur an additional charge: 7-seater vehicle: 6,000 JPY/city; 10/14-seater vehicle: 10,000 JPY/city.
  • Overtime Surcharge：
  • Seven/Ten Seats: JPY 2500 per 30 minutes; JPY 3500 per 30 minutes after 10 PM
  • Fourteen Seats: JPY 4000 per 30 minutes; JPY 5000 per 30 minutes after 10 PM
