I was contacted via WhatsApp the day before, and again 20 minutes before arrival on the day of the service. Everything went very smoothly. As a traveler, the peace of mind of having already booked and paid was greatly appreciated. The car interior was clean, and the driver was friendly and cheerful.
After arriving at the airport, we were contacted via WhatsApp with a photo, which made for a smooth meeting. There were five of us, with one large suitcase, two medium, and one small, and we comfortably fit into the 12-seater vehicle. I believe the biggest advantage is being able to get to the hotel without losing time or experiencing stress after arrival. We arrived around 12:30 PM, and although immigration took some time, we reached the hotel by approximately 1:50 PM.
Thank you for changing our hotel pickup time, despite the itinerary change. Even though the road in front of the hotel is narrow, they picked us up right at the hotel entrance. Also, the timing was exactly as scheduled.
