Changes are allowed anytime before redemption

The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Free admission eligibility: Each family that has entered the park can bring one infant under 18 months old for free, provided relevant documents are presented.

1 adult and 1 child parent-child ticket: applicable for 1 adult + 1 child admission ticket.

Restrictions: An adult companion ticket must be purchased for each additional adult. An additional ticket must be purchased for each additional minor under 18 years old. Visitors who have purchased tickets can bring one infant under 18 months old into the park for free, but parents need to show valid identification for proof.

Park staff do not provide one-on-one supervision. Parents are the primary guardians of their children. Please look after your children during play.

Ticket Type: The ticket is a single-entry ticket. One entry and one exit from the park constitutes one complete visit. Re-entry after leaving requires purchasing a new ticket. To ensure the safety of children, guardians are not permitted to leave midway. If a guardian needs to be replaced for special reasons, please inform and confirm with the front desk.

When entering the park, please take good care of your belongings. Suitcases and strollers can be temporarily stored free of charge at designated locations. You can also choose to store items in paid lockers; staple foods are not allowed in the park. Please consume baby food, drinks, and snacks in non-play areas; smoking is prohibited throughout the park, and flammable, explosive, fragile, or dangerous items are not allowed.

For safety and hygiene reasons, parents and children must wear non-slip socks throughout their visit to the park. You can bring your own or purchase them at the front desk (15 yuan/pair).
