Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• A full refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Cruise, ferry or flight is cancelled
• Partial refund rules: If some tour activities cannot be carried out due to bad weather or force majeure, a partial refund will be issued depending on the content of the unperformed activities. The refund amount will be determined considering the services that could not be provided and the actual circumstances.
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed.
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants can't provide a valid license and/or the required documents

• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
