Exceptional hair spa experience in Hanoi. The atmosphere, service, skills of therapist matched those I have encountered at spa of high-end resort. Other spa treatments I have tried in Vietnam pale in comparison. Would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Booking through the system is very convenient for first-time visitors, and the staff is very attentive. Before starting, they double-check the booked items and details. During the session, the technician has great skills and periodically checks on the pressure and any areas that need extra attention. Overall, the service is excellent.

The massage was very nice and comfortable, definitely worth experiencing. Arrived on the first day and it was great! Highly recommended! You should come and try the hair wash too!

They contacted me in advance via WhatsApp. I used their service hoping to at least get a shampoo before taking a late-night bus, but I was also able to take a shower. I could choose whether to have it at the beginning or the end. They asked about my preferred pressure, and the massage was thorough and very pleasant.
