• Vehicle model used: Vehicles are dispatched according to the number of people. When a small group travels, a driver who also serves as an escort will be arranged to provide full travel services, and no additional tour leader will be assigned. Please be aware of this.
• We may use a small car on that day, so please avoid bringing large luggage. If necessary, please inform us in advance for confirmation.
• Infants and toddlers under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat can join the tour for free. Each adult can only bring one infant or toddler who does not occupy a seat.
• Infants and young children do not include self-funded items such as meals, sightseeing boats, and cable cars. One adult can only bring one child under 3 years old to ride the cable car for free.
• During the group tour, it is not possible to leave the group early or depart midway. If you leave the group midway, it will be considered an automatic forfeiture of the unfinished itinerary, and no additional refunds will be provided. Thank you for your understanding.
• Road traffic is unpredictable. During holidays, traffic conditions may be more congested, potentially delaying your return journey. Please consider whether to arrange nighttime travel at your own discretion. No refunds or compensation will be provided for delays, and your understanding is appreciated.
• Please understand and forgive that uncontrollable factors such as traffic and weather may lead to delays, itinerary changes, or cancellation of attractions.
• The scheduled itinerary may change due to traffic conditions on the day.
• When feeding eagles and seagulls, it is recommended to bring your own gloves. If you spot an eagle while feeding seagulls from a sightseeing boat, please stop feeding, put away the feed in your hand, and try to keep the feed away from your face to avoid being pecked by the eagle.
• Due to the longer travel time, the actual arrival time will be affected by factors such as traffic and weather. The times provided above are estimates only. Please avoid arranging other activities after the day's itinerary. Our company will not be responsible for any losses caused by delays. We appreciate your understanding.
• If you need to get off in Osaka, please contact us. If you want to get off in Osaka, a transfer fee of 1000 JPY per person is required. Thank you.

Prohibitions & Limitations

Confirmation

• You'll get confirmation 48 hours before the departure date. If you didn't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 10 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
