This is where Lotte Hotel and Lotte Mart are located, offering views of Hanoi from the observation deck. You enter Lotte Mart on the first basement level. I had pre-purchased tickets through Klook that included a drink, and you just exchange them at the on-site ticket counter before entering. The weather was very hot, and rain was forecast, so we went to the observation deck looking for a cool place. There were hardly any people, so we had a very pleasant visit. Since we were practically the only visitors on the observation deck, we were able to take many photos and fully enjoy the surroundings while sipping our drinks. The VR experience takes up about half of the observation deck, so other attractions like the souvenir shop might feel a bit limited. The binoculars are free, allowing you to get a detailed view of nearby tourist spots.
Came here to check out the amazing view of the Hanoi skyline, on my first day and first time ever in Vietnam. the view was spectacular and offers a 360 degree view of this amazing city. I highly recommend everyone to visit this place, when your in Hanoi. I also got to have the awesome BAC Xiu Vietnamese coffee, which was mind blowingly good, this is definitely a must try for all.
Visited the Lotte Sky Observation Deck on a weekend. Pro tip: just book via Klook, It’s cheaper lol. We arrived around lunch time so surprisingly not that crowded. It actually rained before we got there, but the view was still nice. Though honestly, I feel like this place would hit more during sunset or at night. We got the ticket with a free drink, you can choose from beer, iced coffee, wintermelon tea, honey tea, ice cream, etc (forgot the rest 😅). Nice little add-on. They also have hanbok rental, plus some cute souvenirs. There’s also a VR game if you’re into that, kinda fun since you’re already in a super high building, might as well go all in
Going to Sky Lotte on the 65th floor was the highlight of my Hanoi trip. I went late in the afternoon and it was blissfully quiet — no lines, no crowds. The elevator is insanely fast; my ears popped before the doors opened to full 360° floor-to-ceiling glass views of Hanoi. On clear days you see everything: West Lake, Red River, Old Quarter, even mountains on the horizon. Morning light makes the rooftops look dreamy. The glass skywalk is a must-try. It took me a minute to step on, but standing on it feels like floating above the city. The deck is modern, spotless, and well-designed with plenty of photo spots. There’s a cozy café where you can sip coffee and watch the world below — super peaceful. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pro tip: visit at 5 PM to catch daylight, sunset, and night lights in one go. On a clear day, this is Hanoi’s best panorama. Perfect for couples, photographers, or anyone wanting a calm break from street chaos. Absolutely worth to try. The night view is stunning
My sister and I always make it a point to visit towers whenever we travel to a new country, so Hanoi Sky was definitely on our list! We were lucky that there were only a few people when we visited, so it wasn’t crowded at all. We really loved the view from the top, especially being able to see Hanoi from above. It was a relaxing and enjoyable stop during our trip, and definitely worth visiting if you want a nice panoramic view of the city!
Observation deck was well with the price! love klook! The weather was clear skies so the views of Vietnam was awesome! It wasn’t crowded on Monday so th place was quiet. Redeeming tickets were seamless.
fantastic 360° view and glass deck, great atmosphere, two good looking Bars. I absolutely loved. I was there around 6.30pm, hardly anyone there. chill with view, I really enjoyed time up there.
Booked through Klook and skipped the ticket line — just scanned the QR code at the entrance on the 65th floor. Highlights: • View: 360° view of Hanoi from 272m up. Saw West Lake, Red River, Old Quarter all at once. Go 30min before sunset if you can — golden hour + city lights is unreal. • Glass Skywalk: Floor 65 has a glass section. Terrifying but worth it for photos.
