A waterfall well worth visiting. Since I was the only passenger that day, it felt like I had chartered a private vehicle to the waterfall. The driver was extremely friendly and brought his grandchildren along, making it feel just like going on a fun trip to the waterfall with their family—a very heartwarming experience. The timing of our arrival was just right; right after we finished enjoying the waterfall, it started to rain, adding a refreshing coolness to the return trip. Definitely a well-deserved five-star review, highly recommended.

great morning out at the sticky waterfalls. it’s a fun drive in the tuk tuk for just over 1 hour and we spent about an hour and 15mins at the falls. you do need an adventurous spirit and an average level of fitness to clamour up the falls. plan to get a little wet and don’t wear shoes!

Everything was quite good except for the tuk-tuk being used for transfers; those who need a car won't need to consider this, but the driver was quite enthusiastic and responsible.

the provider provided me a red tuk tuk and it was only pick up and drop service which I could have done through bolt or grab it’s a expensive service

Driver came late 46 minutes due to vehicle problems. I wasn't informed until I asked. 2) Way more expensive than other platforms, but I chose it for better service. Now I know it's not true. 3)Waterfall was beautiful; but be careful! It's not that safe as what many people said. I slipped and hurt myself. Met two men who also slipped, and another girl too! You have to test each step before stepping on it. Most people recommend going barefooted. It's not good if your feet do not have thick skin. The coarse sand and twigs can hurt your feet. 4) I wasn't aware that I was contacted via email for my particulars for insurance registration! Klook app didn't notify me. You're not covered automatically when you sign up for the trip. So I missed out on the coverage and couldn't make claims for my hurt toe. 5) To be fair, one good thing - the agent does respond to queries.
