I loved it here, really. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. I booked for my mom and her friend for a nice and relaxing pamper night, and it was raining so much that we just decided to why not avail their service also. All of us loved it here. My mom said that we should definitely come back here again!

The staffs communicates really well. The massage is very relaxing and of the right strength. Overall the experience is exceptional.

I received a body massage and a head spa, and my head felt absolutely heavenly... It was incredibly refreshing! I highly recommend the head spa.

I booked through Klook and found the place really easily. It's right across the road from a couple of great coffee shops!! It was pretty busy when I arrived so I'm glad I booked in advance! The lady greeting and organising everyone was super friendly and sooooo patient! I got in on time and was taken to start my treatment. Holly cow!! I was like a piece of clay after they finished!! I got the No3 Combo pack and it started with the massage of the upper back and shoulders then moved to the legs and arms, followed by the facial and guasha. It wasn't a full guasha- they used rollers but it still felt lovely and relaxing!! On came the mask while they scubbed, washed and massaged my hair till it tingled and squeaked!! SOOOOOOOO nice!! I got a blow dry to finish off and my hair felt like silk! It lasted for a whole week! This was an amazing experience and I've rebooked in for next week to get some more treatments I loved it so much!! service: 10/10 massage therapist:- 100/10

The manager, Huy, was especially helpful and attentive, offering great advice on their services and providing fantastic touring tips for Hanoi. He even introduced me to their traditional Vietnamese cultural clothing for photos, which was a delightful experience. I felt completely relaxed and well taken care of during my visit. I will definitely be returning to this place and highly recommending it to my friends and relatives. This is truly a must-visit location in Hanoi that you shouldn’t miss!"

we booked this but led to another spa because the original is fully booked. kinda disappointed because the orig place is way mote better than the 2nd spa.

First Hair Spa in Vietnam 🇻🇳✨ It was our first time visiting Vietnam, and having a hair spa was such a relaxing way to start our trip! 💆‍♀️ The staff were friendly, the service was soothing and we left feeling refreshed with soft, beautiful hair.
