Free time is provided for independent exploration upon arrival at the attractions. Please be advised accordingly.
- If the cable car is suspended due to force majeure factors such as traffic or weather, the duration of other itineraries will be extended, and the cable car fee will be refunded subsequently. Please be aware of this.

- You'll get confirmation 48 hours before the departure date. If you didn't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.
Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 15 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
