We had a lovely time on this sightseeing tour. It was very well organized. We found the meet up point without difficulty. The tour bus was clean and spacious. Our tour guide spoke japanese and limited English. The tour provides a multilingual audio guide that explains the history of the places we visited. The surprising highlight of the trip was the Japanese set lunch at an onsen hotel with amazing views of Lake Toya! We appreciated that the entrance fee to the ropeway was included. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see the beauty of Hokkaido.

I arrived at the meeting point at 8:20 this morning and waited for 50 minutes. No representative contacted me, and to this day, no staff member has reached out via WhatsApp, phone, or any other means. I was left waiting aimlessly at the meeting point for an hour.
