- Children must be able to walk independently or be carried throughout the experience, as strollers and prams cannot be accommodated
- Guests should be comfortable navigating a ball pit and bending through low openings as part of the escape room challenges

- Family-friendly escape room with no dark, frightening, or horror-themed elements, making it enjoyable for both children and adults
- The chocolate maze is not air-conditioned due to its size; in cases of extreme heat, an alternative activity or a refund will be offered
- Your session begins at the scheduled booking time. Late arrivals will have time deducted from their experience, and arrivals more than 30 minutes late will forfeit the session
- Guests may exit the escape room at any time through a designated exit door if needed
- Waiver needs to be signed before you enter and terms and conditions agreed to
- Please advise the operator of nut or any allergies prior to event; chocolate also available for sale
- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
- Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given
- Taking videos and photos of the show is strictly prohibited. Any person caught illegally photographing or recording the event will be dealt with by the venue's security
