During citrus season, you can enjoy the dual pleasure of all-you-can-eat and picking. Outside of the production season, it will be replaced with other seasonal fruit experiences, subject to the day's arrangements. The all-you-can-eat experience must be conducted within the designated restaurant area. You can also choose to pick fresh fruit yourself to take home (at your own expense).
• 【Vehicle & Tour Leader Arrangement Description】Vehicle usage: Vehicles are dispatched according to the number of people. For small groups, a driver who also serves as an attendant will provide full tour services. No additional tour leader will be assigned. The driver/tour leader is only responsible for itinerary and time management. After arriving at attractions, please feel free to visit independently. For groups of 14 or more, an additional tour guide will be arranged. Due to limited luggage storage space, each person may carry one standard-sized piece of luggage free of charge. If you wish to bring large luggage onto the vehicle, please inform us in the remarks section.

As the itinerary operates on a group tour model, late arrivals cannot be waited for and no refunds will be issued. Please pay close attention to the tour leader's instructions regarding the duration of stay and meeting times at each attraction. • Clothing suggestions: If traveling on a rainy day, there are no windows in the vehicle. If it's light rain, rainwater may splash into the car. Wear a lightweight raincoat (also available for purchase on the vehicle).

Cancellation policy

• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 15 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
