【Safety and Insurance】 Due to the inherent risks associated with activities such as skiing and snow play, all participants (including minors, who must be the responsibility of their guardians) are kindly requested to assess their physical condition and risks. It is recommended to purchase personal accident and property loss insurance covering snow sports before departure to ensure a safe journey.

【Pre-Departure Notification】 We will send a pre-departure notification letter between 20:00–21:00 (Japan time) on the night before departure, which will include contact information for the tour guide, driver information, a map of the meeting location, and important notes. Please be sure to check your inbox (including the spam folder). During peak season, there may be slight delays in sending the email, so we appreciate your understanding. If you receive multiple notification emails, please refer to the latest one.

【Seating Arrangement】 This tour involves joint departure (group tour), and seating will be arranged in order of registration. We will do our best to accommodate your seating requests. If you have special needs, please indicate them in the “Special Requests” column when placing your order; however, the final arrangement will be at the discretion of the tour guide on-site. 【About Group Tours】 This tour is a group tour, and fellow travelers may be from different countries or speak different languages. We welcome you to experience multiculturalism with an open mind and enjoy the fun of international exchange.

【Meeting Time】 Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting location on time. As this is a shared vehicle tour, the vehicle will depart on time. We are unable to wait for latecomers and no refunds will be given. If any losses or additional costs are incurred due to lateness, travelers will be responsible for them. Thank you for your understanding.

【Force Majeure】 If the itinerary is delayed due to force majeure factors such as weather or traffic, the tour guide will adjust the itinerary sequence according to the situation on-site, or shorten or cancel some stops as appropriate to ensure safety. We will do our best to provide you with the best experience, and we appreciate your understanding and tolerance.

【Baggage Regulations】 Each traveler may bring 1 piece of standard-size luggage free of charge. If you have luggage, please indicate it in the “Special Requests” column when registering. If you bring luggage without prior notice, it may cause insufficient space in the vehicle, affecting the safety and comfort of others. The tour guide has the right to refuse boarding, and no refunds will be given.

【Vehicle Arrangement】 We will arrange a suitable vehicle (business car/coaster/bus) according to the actual number of travelers, and we are unable to specify the vehicle type.

【Leaving the Group Mid-Tour】 This tour is a group activity. Leaving the group mid-tour or early departure is regarded as a voluntary waiver, and no refunds will be given. If any problems or expenses arise as a result, the traveler will be responsible for them.

【End Time of Tour】 The end time of the tour may vary due to factors such as weather and traffic. The times listed are for reference only. We recommend that you do not arrange tight itineraries (such as return flights, performances, reservations, etc.) on the same day. Our company is not responsible for any losses caused by delays.

【About Lunch】 This tour does not include meals. You can have lunch in the ski resort or nearby restaurants, or bring your own simple meal.
