Nha Trang - Hoi An/Da Nang Cabin Sleeper Bus by HK Buslines

Highly recommended for anyone traveling around Vietnam! The bus was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The customer service team was friendly and responsive, making the whole experience easy and stress-free 💯💯💯

The bus was delayed by 30 minutes, but it actually arrived earlier than expected, around 7:30 PM. Our night bus was scheduled for 10:00 PM, and the original plan was for the hotel in Da Nang to pick us up and take us to the boarding point. However, due to the night bus delay, the staff contacted us via WeChat to ask if we still wanted them to pick us up at the hotel as planned, or if we preferred to take a Grab ourselves to the boarding point, and they would reimburse the fare. We chose the latter. Upon arrival in Nha Trang, there was also a hotel drop-off service, which was quite good.

The kids absolutely loved it, and other than the second floor being a bit chilly, it was really great. It was clean, and the blankets were thick.

The car was comfortable, the air conditioning was strong and smelled nice, and there was a clean restroom on board. We stopped for 30 minutes for lunch at a roadside eatery, and there was also a stop in Gui Nhon for passengers to get off and use the restroom. The scenery along the way was beautiful, and we arrived in the Nha Trang area around 7:30.

The bus was new, clean, and quiet, which was great. I also liked that the seats could recline fully flat.

A 9-10 hour drive took 7 hours to complete, arriving in Hoi An at 4 AM. Vietnam has good public safety.

Overall, it felt good, comfortable, and clean.

the company WhatsApp is wrong. I think they can communicate better with customers. but the bus is nice

Let's overlook the fact that the bus was delayed by over an hour. When I went to board the bus, someone was sleeping in my seat with their pants off. Let's overlook that too. Other passengers received immediate compensation for the delay on the spot, but I, who booked through this service, did not. And they even made me sign up for some care program. The sleeping bus itself is fine. I think the booking system here is terrible.
