Definitely download this app! After you provide your phone number on WhatsApp, someone will contact you personally and give you your ticket number. They'll arrange to pick you up right at your hotel (I was staying in Mui Ne). When filling out your information, you can enter your Nha Trang hotel as the drop-off location. Just show the driver your ticket information when you board, and they'll help you find your seat. The bus was very clean when I got on. I was on the upper level, and at 178cm (5'10"), I could stretch my legs out, but turning around was a bit tight. If you have a larger build, it might be a little uncomfortable. Also, the recliner is pretty soft, and I didn't get much lumbar support, so my back was a little sore after lying down. The aisle is very narrow, so if you turn to the side, you might feel like you're about to kiss someone's face as they walk by, haha. After about two hours, the bus will stop at a gas station for a bathroom break. Remember to bring tissues! Overall, it was a decent experience and a pretty unique way to travel.

One minor drawback: The bus service doesn't proactively contact you. I had the hotel call to reconfirm, as I was worried about potential issues. The bus is clean and comfortable. Plus, there are charging ports! For future trips to Vietnam, I'll definitely consider sleeper buses.

Had glitches of booking when our first booking was suddenly cancelled. Luckily we checked timely and rebook without hassle. The minivan came to pick us from our hotel. Upon arriving at the bus shuttle main station which is a shop, we were given our ticket. The first time experience on shared sleeping shuttle can be mixed feeling for some. Quite clean. Provided plastic bag to keep our shoes befode entering the bus. Quite tight space to walk in but each seat is quite comfy with cooling AC. Just wondering those big sized people whether they can really fit in. One stop for toilet break and another stop for short meal. We were dropped off at out hotel in Mui Ne. Overall experience of long road journey can be tiresome. No bumpy road. Sitting on the top couch is better than the lower one coz I tried sitting one, and I felt dizzy. Go for private car if got budget.

Anyway, I had a safe and comfortable bus ride. I received a confirmation of the reservation details via WhatsApp immediately after booking, and it was great that I was able to contact them the day before. (You can enter your WhatsApp number when booking on Klook.) The process was as follows: a minivan picked me up at the hotel in Nha Trang → I changed to a bus at the bus company office on the outskirts of Nha Trang → the office in Mui Ne → I dropped off a few people and went to the hotel on "Đình Chiểu street". It was a door-to-door ride. The bus was a three-row x two-tiered bunk bed berth, which was a bit cramped compared to the two-row berth, but it was cheap and comfortable enough for the cost-performance. There was no toilet on board, but there was a toilet break just over an hour after departure, so it was not a problem. It was the first time I had seen a bus company that provided such detailed support in a casual overseas environment, and it was very reassuring. Thank you.

It's confortable to take this sleeping bus, I am 170cm and I don't need curve my leg. The bus may stop in middle for customer and driver to eat lunch or go to restroom, for one time, it will totally take about five hours from nhà trắng to mũi né, so it's still recommended to not drink too much water. And there are many pick up points, and one is really nearby my hotel, which is really convenient for me to walk there. And they will drive to your hotel in mũi né, if it's not far. There is one guy who can speak English, so no worry about communication. The experience is overall good, booking on Klook is especially convenient for foreigner like me, thanks.

It was my first time on the sleeping bus so I was really nervous;; It arrived at my accommodation about 15 minutes later than the time on the reservation voucher and most of the seats were full. It was uncomfortable because I had to lie down as soon as I got on, but I got used to it after a while and took a nap. I rested for about 30 minutes at a rest stop before departing for Nha Trang~ Since there were no assigned seats, I lay down in the second floor window seat as instructed by the staff member, but the middle seat without a window seems stuffy. It was worth trying once based on experience, but I’m not sure about the next time^^;; I’ll share the vehicle and the wifi password for inexperienced travelers like me~ The number written in the front of the vehicle is the wifi password!

Originally there was supposed to be hotel pick-up, but we were later notified to go to a designated location. The entire vehicle was divided into upper and lower berths, and arranged in three rows. My family members, being older, generally experience motion sickness. For me, I found it very novel and interesting. Because of the language barrier, I was constantly worried about not being able to reach our hotel in Mui Ne, but thankfully Klook's messaging app provided instant replies and easy communication.

This is my go-to sleeper bus. I prefer the cabin buses if possible, but in Mui Ne, sleeper buses are the only option. When departing from Mui Ne, you can specify a resort in the resort area to be dropped off/picked up. However, when boarding in Mui Ne, it's not the starting point, so the time is very unpredictable. Especially on weekends, buses departing from Ho Chi Minh City can be delayed due to traffic jams. This time, the pickup was scheduled for 11:00 AM in front of the resort, but I couldn't get on until 1:00 PM. It's best to plan your schedule very generously. The picture was taken at a rest stop.
