Nagoya - Hida-Takayama and Shirakawa-go Shared Bus by VIP Liner

Pick-up was easy to find since it was where we were dropped-off when we took a bus from takayama to shirakawa-go. Pin here in klook was also accurate. Bus was comfortable they provided us with a blanket and the bus seats were reclinable. The bus had a bathroom in it but we were given some pitstops along the way so that we could use the toilet or buy snacks for our trip.

You can check your reservation details and use the bus right from the driver at the Meitetsu Station VIP bus stop. The driver was a very good driver, so I went to Shirakawa-go comfortably. I stop by a rest area once in a while on my way home, and it was a new experience as it was my first time stopping by a highway rest area in Japan. Shirakawago is without a doubt the best. The seats are small, so it's a bit inconvenient to travel for a long time, but I recommend it because it's the best value for money compared to buying a ticket for the express bus yourself!

After checking your name with the driver, you can get on the bus. Your seat has been arranged. There will be two rest stops along the way for about 15 minutes where you can go to the toilet or buy things. The vehicle is new and clean, and you can reach your destination comfortably.

I couldn't buy my preferred bus ticket to Shirakawa-go on the official bus website, but luckily Klook still had it! The timing was perfect too. The pick-up location is right outside Green Hotel, which was easy to find and very convenient!

I completed the Nagoya to Shirakawa-go bus tour yesterday and was very satisfied with the experience. First of all, the bus driver was very polite. Although we had a language barrier, I was able to communicate smoothly using Google Translate. The bus schedule was well-managed, and we arrived at each stop on time. The bus was very clean and comfortable. Overall, the trip was comfortable and satisfying.

At noon, we went from Shirakawa-go to Takayama/Nagoya, using the same car and aircraft that left Nagoya in the morning. Getting off at Takayama Hida Hotel Plaza is closer to JR Takayama Station.

Although the driver didn't speak English, they were very friendly and polite. The seats were comfortable, and the ride was smooth.

this purchase was really helpful, cheaper and hassle free for our family of six. great experience for an enjoyable ride. I’ll surely book again for our next vacation.
