What is Disney Premier Access (DPA)?

Disney Premier Access lets guests enjoy priority access to attractions or reserved entertainment viewing within the designated time, maximizing their park experience.

Can I use my Disney Premier Access directly with the Klook voucher?

No. Guest must have the Disney Premier Access QR Code open within the Shanghai Disney Resort Official App or present the QR Code on the park ticket to scan using the redemption device.

Do I need to link my admission ticket to the Disney app?

There is no need to link the admission ticket to the Disney app, but it is recommended for Disney Premier Access, Standby Pass, wait times, and the park map.

How can I link my tickets to the Disney app?

Download the Shanghai Disney Resort app and tap "Me" > "My Party" > "Add ticket or Annual Pass". Select "Enter the confirmation number" and enter the Voucher No. under the QR code from your voucher to complete the linkage.

What kind of travel documents do I need to use when purchasing or redeeming tickets?

Mainland China residents can present their valid Chinese ID cards. Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan residents can present their Mainland Travel Permits (Such as Taiwan Compatriot Permit). Travelers of other nationalities are advised to use their passports.

I have changed my itinerary and cannot go to the park. Can I get a refund?

Amendment and cancellation policies vary by package. Visit date changes are allowed for selected packages, please refer to the package details.

How do I know my order is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email and voucher within 5 minutes of booking, which means the order has been confirmed. You can also view the voucher through the order details:
