What to expect
Discover authentic Japanese gyoza in this fun, hands-on small-group cooking experience in Osaka. Unlike many cooking classes, you’ll make your gyoza completely from scratch, starting with the dough. With guidance from our friendly English-speaking staff, knead and roll the dough, make your own wrappers, and learn traditional filling and folding techniques.
With a maximum of 8 guests, the class offers a relaxed and personal atmosphere, perfect for beginners. After cooking, enjoy your freshly made crispy gyoza with delicious yakisoba.
You’ll also learn about Japanese food culture and receive an English gyoza recipe to take home. Vegetarian and vegan options are available with advance notice. Join us for a memorable taste of Japan beyond sightseeing!

We had the great opportunity to learn how to make two variants of gyoza ourselves under the very pleasent supervision of Kaito. By doing it, we realized that i takes some time and practice to get everything into the right shapes. while preparing, we enjoyed a nice conversation regarding the similariries between the Japanese and Italian cuisine… If you are used to make your own gnocchi or tortellini/ravioli, you enjoy even more the way to prepare japanese filled pasta… As we were about to get the tricky shapes in place, even the restaurant owner took a moment to show us some tricks! All in all, thanks a lot for this veryy memorable experience!
Very good class. A warm welcome; Kaito-san immediately made us feel at ease. He explained well how to make the dough and how to fold it. The class was in good spirits! To find the workshop, you need to take the elevator up to the 7th floor. This information is hard to find on Klook (that's the only negative point).
This was a great experience. The instructor was fun and had great energy.
