We came here based on recommendations, and while the variety of food isn't extensive, each dish is beautifully presented. I really enjoyed the "blind box" arrangement, where guests receive a surprise dish at regular intervals, which feels very special. Additionally, the free-flow drinks are commendable. Most importantly, all the restaurant staff are friendly, polite, and courteous.

Although it's a top-tier price, the value for money is incredibly high. It's a beautiful place with a comfortable environment, creating a pleasant feeling. The service is also top-notch. High-quality ingredients include lobster tails that are crisp, springy, and fresh, richly flavored drunken shrimp, large and thick scallop sashimi, and three large platters of Japanese soy sauce abalone. The desserts are also beyond words. Highly recommended for celebrations.

The food was excellent, not too much, and I was very satisfied. It wasn't overcrowded, the environment was comfortable, and the staff service was top-notch. My only slight disappointment was that the drunken shrimp still had the black vein.

This is my first time bringing my queen to dine at The Peninsula, so we're trying everything. The value for money is very low. Even with the discounted lunch, it's $750 per person. There's very little variety (both raw and cooked dishes), and the cooked food isn't particularly tasty. The desserts are decent but nothing special, and there's extremely little variety. The worst part is the disappointing service. Plate clearing is slow, water refills are slow, and the staff are indifferent. If 5 is a perfect score, I can only give it 2.5.
