• Additional cost: Second child seat fee. If a child seat is needed, the first one is free, and the second one will cost 2000 JPY to be paid to the driver.
• Overtime Vehicle Usage Fees If the actual vehicle usage time exceeds the service hours (10 hours), an overtime fee will be charged: 5,000 JPY per hour for 7-seater and 10-seater models, and 8,000 JPY per hour for 14-seater models. The driver will provide return time recommendations based on map directions; if overtime occurs due to unexpected traffic jams on the day, the guest is responsible for the overtime fee.

Vehicle & luggage info

• The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
