I am much satified with its food, ambience and services, particularly the performance of the in charge Mr. Ho. He is resourceful, tactful and polite in handling situation arising from unexpected circumstances. He has potential for future advancement. Thank you Klook to have introduced this buffet restaurant to me. I would certainly patronise it in the near future.
Great value for money, especially for seniors aged 70 and above. There's also a wide variety of food. My favorites are the freshly squeezed juices and roasted meats. Coffee and tea are available for unlimited refills. The decor is very new and clean. There are many dessert options, and ice cream is also available. The hotel is right next to a subway exit, making transportation very convenient.
The journey was smooth, the food was delicious, and there was a sufficient variety.
The variety of food is not very large, but the taste is acceptable. It is recommended that hot pot items do not need to be placed in two different locations; more cooked food options could be displayed instead.
Overall, the food quality was average! The most unique feature was having someone freshly squeeze fruit juice for guests, but other than that, I didn't find anything surprising. It was quite inconvenient to have to make a long-distance call to reserve a table 24 hours in advance! I had already selected the date and specified the 11:30 AM buffet lunch when placing the order, so they already had a record. I felt that calling the hotel restaurant to make a reservation was redundant.
It was average, the seating wasn't great, and the hotel didn't seem to know a guest had booked a table, so they couldn't provide a seat.Restaurant ambiance:
