Coach: The coaches are very gentle and attentive. If you can't swim, a coach will guide you while holding onto a swimming ring for snorkeling. Two coaches continuously monitor everyone's situation throughout the entire experience. Experience: The experience was great, and we even encountered a sea turtle. Equipment: The equipment is complete and excellent. I would definitely come again if I have the chance.

There was a communication breakdown between Klook and the local tour operator regarding the selected product details, which led to a long dispute. Ultimately, I was able to use the service thanks to the payment details from Klook and a phone call from a Klook representative, but the whole process was very unpleasant. The facilities were very old, and there was no one who could speak Korean. The English was also poor, so we communicated using a Japanese translation app. Despite all this, the woman who guided us for snorkeling and the boat driver were very kind and provided excellent service. The food was also very poor, so it's not a place I would recommend for families with children.
