Cancellation policy

• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to request a full refund
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 15 participants. If this happens, you'll get a refund

• If you cancel the booking between booking confirmation to 20 day(s) before participation time, a 0% cancellation fee will be charged
• If you cancel the booking 20 day(s) before participation time or later, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged
• If you cancel the booking 7 day(s) before participation time or later, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged
• If you cancel the booking 1 day(s) before participation time or later, a 40% cancellation fee will be charged
• If you cancel the booking after participation time, 100% cancellation fee will be charged
