Cozy Bay Grand 2D1N Cruise: Ha Long Bay, Sung Sot, Ti Top

I had 2days 1 night with Cozy Bay Grand Cruise in Halong bay,this is the best trip I ever had,unforgetable trip,beautiful boat,great services and so nice people:tour guide(explain every single details, arranged everything in the best and so friendly ,helpful…)bar tender,chef…all were amzing,we had many activities:kayaking in water cave ,swimming+hiking on Titov Island,visiting the biggest cave(amazing cave),cooking class,sunset party,singing karaoke,dancing,taichi class…really enjoyed the trip and thank you so much Cozy team,highly recommended this Cruise services!!!

The cruise met all expectations. It was beautiful; the rooms are well-maintained and all have bay views. Our guide, Binh, was fantastic; he speaks perfect English and other languages too. We had a wonderful time :-). The food is quite good. In case of severe bad weather, they cancel the reservation and refund the price. Highly recommended!!

Was changed to Hera Boutique cruise as was informed last min that Cozy Grand unable to sail. Was glad as we were given the best room on board the ship(maybe due to us booking the better tier room for Cozy Grand). Many will know there are so many different companies offering this cruise at different prices. We decided to book this mainly due to no significant negative reviews and price was reasonable. We were glad we did as room was good, food was decent, especially the fried spring roll. The cruise also take us to all the places as per indicated and staff were great as well. The drinks that requires payment were reasonable as well that allows us to order without second thoughts. Since Halong Bay is a must do for anyone coming to Hanoi, just proceed with Cozy/Hera and you are good to go.

The tour was very nice, from start to end we were well taken care of and the food ok the boat was plenty and tasty. the cabin had a beautiful view, it was clean and really comfortable. Our tour guide, Bang, was quite funny and very nice.

Spending an overnight cruise in Ha Long Bay was one of the most unforgettable experiences of my trip to Vietnam. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, with thousands of limestone islands rising from the emerald water. Watching the sunset from the deck and waking up to the peaceful morning view made the experience truly magical. The cruise staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful ocean view. The food was delicious, especially the fresh seafood and traditional Vietnamese dishes. I also enjoyed the activities such as kayaking, visiting caves, and squid fishing at night. Everything was well organized, relaxing, and enjoyable from start to finish. I highly recommend an overnight stay in Ha Long Bay for anyone visiting Vietnam. It’s the perfect combination of natural beauty, relaxation, and adventure.

Great time, fun, our tour guide Tea was a happy, enthusiastic individual that handled everything with smiles and laughter. It’s a more intimate, smaller cruise ship that gives personalized attention. Excursions were perfect for a short 2 day / 1 night cruise. My room was exactly as the photos .. it is a cruise ship so I did not expect anything other than what is advertised. Great experience, nice food, happy staff … all in all .. 5 Star experience.

Cozy Bay Grand 2D1N Cruise is amazing! Our guide, Mr Tam, is so kind, takes good care of us and sharing his expertise and knowledge of Vietnam culture, really appreciate this. Keep up the great work! The service of the crew is top notch, the food prepared by the chef are so good. We had a blast at Halong Bay doing all the activities. It is really worth the price!

We had a wonderful experience on our Halong Bay cruise, and our tour guide - Mr Tam was one of the highlights of the trip. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about Halong Bay. He explained the history and interesting stories behind the different attractions clearly and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the trip. Tam was very helpful, patient and attentive, especially during the activities. His positive attitude and good sense of humour made the experience even more enjoyable. Best ha long tour in our experience, we do all the activities and go the places. Foods are very nice also lunch, breakfast and dinner pretty good.I hope you guys to enjoy this cruise. The special one is guide man ,he is fun , nice and take care all the people 🫶
