• Terrain and Safety: The itinerary includes beaches, stairs, or uneven roads. Please assess your physical fitness. Coastal areas have larger temperature differences between day and night, so it is recommended to bring a light jacket.
• Dress Code Suggestions: When visiting a shrine, please maintain solemn etiquette. It is recommended to wear appropriate and modest attire, avoiding overly revealing clothing.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 5 minutes or more
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 13 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Redemption information

Booking Notification and Contact Information] Email Notification: MEMOTRIP will send a trip notification email within 1 business day after the order is placed, containing the MEMOTRIP APP itinerary link and important information. Please be sure to check your inbox and spam/junk mail folders. If you still have not received it after more than 1 business day, please proactively contact MEMOTRIP by email. LINE Contact: Travelers who choose LINE as their contact method must proactively add the official MEMOTRIP LINE account after booking and send their booked name and order number in order to receive trip notifications. Please note that simply adding us as a friend without sending a message may prevent us from proactively contacting you. WhatsApp Contact: Travelers who choose WhatsApp, please ensure you provide a correct phone number with WhatsApp activated in order to receive trip notifications.
• [2. Meeting and Check-in] On-time meeting: Please arrive 15 minutes before departure at the "Hakata Station Chikushi Exit (across from the LAWSON Fukuoka Oriental Hotel branch, Hakata Station Chikushi Exit 4)". Please check the location in advance to avoid getting lost. The vehicle will depart on time; no waiting will be provided for late arrivals, and no refunds will be given. Those who are late will be deemed to have automatically forfeited the tour. Digital check-in: Please open your device camera to scan the QR code for check-in. Itinerary reminders and tour guide information will be sent via the MEMOTRIP app and your selected contact method.
• [3. Lunch Selection and Restaurant Reservation (Important)] Lunch Selection: Please use the MEMOTRIP APP link provided in the "Itinerary Notification Email" sent by MEMOTRIP to complete your lunch selection and fill out the relevant information. There is no need to fill out a separate restaurant reservation form. Deadline for Submission: Please be sure to complete your lunch selection by the day before departure. If you fail to submit on time, we may not be able to assist in booking the restaurant or arranging your selected meal. Restaurant Reservations: Restaurant seating is limited, and reservations are subject to actual availability at the restaurant; success is not guaranteed. It is recommended to complete your selection as soon as you receive the notification email. Making reservations or changing meals close to the departure date may not be possible. Special Dates: During Japanese public holidays, Golden Week, or restaurant closing days, some restaurants may not accept reservations. In such cases, the arrangement will be changed to "free dining within the Palm Beach activity area," and the tour guide will provide information on nearby food options. Final Arrangement: Restaurant reservations are subject to factors such as business hours, seating availability, and temporary private bookings. If a reservation is unsuccessful, travelers may choose to dine at nearby restaurants on their own.
• [IV. Meal Arrangements] Food Allergies: If you have food allergies or special dietary requirements, please be sure to indicate them when selecting your lunch in the MEMOTRIP APP so we can coordinate with the restaurants in advance. However, we cannot guarantee that all restaurants will be able to provide alternative meals. Self-funded Nature: Lunch on this itinerary is at your own expense. Restaurants will be arranged seasonally at "Itoshima Grilled Oysters Noburin" (from October to August of the following year), and actual arrangements are subject to the itinerary notice and conditions of the day.
• [5. Guided Languages and Tour Methods] Guided Languages: The guided languages for this itinerary are Chinese, English, Cantonese, and Japanese (subject to the languages actually available to the tour guide), and tour content is provided in conjunction with the MEMOTRIP self-guided tour APP. Tour Guide Arrangement: A tour guide will be arranged to accompany the group for the entire trip only when the number of registrations for a single tier reaches 15 or more (inclusive). Self-guided Tour: When the number of registrations is less than 15, a tour guide will not be arranged to accompany the group, and guided services will be provided using the MEMOTRIP self-guided tour APP. Before departure, we will send APP usage instructions and gathering information via email and your selected contact method.
• [VI. Vehicles, Luggage & Environment] Legal Green-Plate Vehicles: Legally operated green-plate vehicles (medium/large buses) are used, and vehicles are dispatched according to the number of participants on the day. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be sure to state the age and number of people in the remarks (infants and adults are priced the same). Luggage and Large Item Restrictions: This tour does not provide storage or transportation services for large items such as suitcases, strollers, wheelchairs, or shopping carts. Passengers are requested to arrange their own storage before gathering, such as using coin-operated lockers at the station or luggage storage services, and any related costs will be borne by the passengers. Wheelchair Users: If you need to use a wheelchair to join the tour, please contact MEMOTRIP before booking to confirm whether the vehicle and itinerary can accommodate your needs.
• [VII. Itinerary Risks and Regulations] Security of Valuables: Please be sure to carry your passport and valuables with you at all times. The vehicle cabin is only for temporary placement and no responsibility for custody is assumed; in case of loss, it will be handled in accordance with Japanese insurance terms. Disclaimer for Changes: In the event of traffic jams or attraction maintenance, the tour guide or staff members have the right to adjust the order of the itinerary or the duration of stay. If the return trip is delayed due to traffic, no responsibility will be assumed for any losses incurred by passengers regarding subsequent transportation or restaurant reservations.
• [VIII. Insurance and Legal Notices] Insurance Recommendation: This itinerary includes basic "liability insurance," but does not include personal travel accident insurance. Travelers are advised to purchase overseas medical insurance on their own for comprehensive coverage. Leaving the Tour Early: Those who leave the tour early due to personal reasons must sign a "Tour Departure Agreement." Safety and legal liabilities after leaving the tour shall be borne by the traveler, and the remaining fees will not be refunded. Legal Jurisdiction: This service is governed by Japanese law. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Fukuoka District Court in Japan as the court of first instance.
