Itoshima One-Day Tour Experience I had a wonderful one-day trip to Itoshima. Our first stop was a forest café surrounded by beautiful nature, where I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Next, we visited Shiraito Falls and admired the refreshing waterfall scenery. After a delicious lunch, we explored Totoro Forest, which felt like stepping into an animated movie. We then tasted the famous flower salt pudding, a unique local dessert with a rich flavor. Finally, we walked to the iconic Meoto Iwa (Couple Rocks) and enjoyed the stunning seaside view. It was a relaxing and memorable trip filled with nature, delicious food, and beautiful scenery.

I first joined this one-day tour after seeing a KOL recommend it, and it already felt special to find a Cantonese-guided experience. Later, I learned the whole team is run by young Hongkongers, which made me even happier to support them. Our guide, Icy, arranged all seven stops with great care. Before the tour, she contacted us on WhatsApp to pre-order drinks at the forest cafe and confirm the seafood meal for lunch, which really helped reduce waiting time on-site. Her voice is soft, and messages are clearly delivered in Cantonese (her mother tongue), Mandarin, and English. Overall, it was a very professional and thoughtful tour with friendly participants from Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the U.S. — highly recommended.

I had a wonderful trip to Itoshima today. Our guide, Gloria, was incredibly helpful and well-versed in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. She is very knowledgeable and provided detailed briefings at each point of interest. I would definitely recommend her, and I hope to join her tour again in the future.

It was a happy and satisfying day. Our tour guide, Gloria, was very well-prepared. She reminded us in advance to bring rain gear because the weather was quite bad today. She also reminded everyone of the meeting times to ensure no one was late getting back to the bus. The food arrangements were very thoughtful; she pre-ordered our drinks from Forest Cafe and our set lunch. The tourist attractions were abundant, including Itoshima Cafe, restaurants, important scenic spots, and handmade flower salt pudding. At the end, there was the Doraemon Anywhere Door beach, where we had a great time playing and taking photos. Gloria even helped every traveler take pictures and pointed out the restroom locations at each stop. Her service was incredibly thoughtful and I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Very worthwhile trip, especially if you want to explore Fukuoka’s countryside but don’t want to drive or risk getting stranded due to limited public transportation. I originally just wanted to visit the Forest Cafe and Sakurai Futamigaura Couple Stones, but getting to the cafe would mean a long walk and bus wait. I’m glad there’s a tour that combines both. The other stops—falls, sea salt pudding, oyster restaurants, Totoro Forest, and the Palm Tree Swing—are nice bonuses. Ting, our guide, was very kind and helpful with photos. She also shared all the details in our WhatsApp group aside from explaining everything on the bus. Everything was well-timed. The cafe normally opens at 11 AM, but since we were part of the tour, we got early access (a special perk, I guess!)—we arrived at 9:30 AM. :) My only comment: less time at Palm Tree Swing and more at Palm Beach or Sakurai Futamigaura. Still highly recommend this JB Travel tour! :)

My mother and I had a wonderful time going around Itoshima today. Our guide, Yura, was incredibly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating all throughout the trip. We were the only English speakers in the whole group and yet she still took her time and effort to explain to us the stories and activities to do in each location personally. She’s also proactive and takes the initiative to help us take our photos. Thank you very much for this memorable time in Itoshima! 🙇‍♀️ We’ll definitely remember the fun moments we had when we eventually will look back on these photos in the future.

October 3, 2026: Participated in a Klook Itoshima Day Tour. When visiting Itoshima, the attractions are a bit spread out, so joining a local tour is much more convenient. The Klook itinerary also included a private session at the Forest Cafe, which was quite appealing. Our tour guide, Jennie, demonstrated her professionalism and passion by sharing her knowledge and experiences of Fukuoka and Japanese culture. Two days before the tour, she sent a WhatsApp message with important notes, a drink list for the Forest Cafe, and information about seafood restaurants. Throughout the entire trip, Jennie led the group with a smile, guiding us through seven different attractions and helping us enjoy a delicious seafood meal. In addition to introducing each site, she also provided tips on what to look out for and how long we would stay at each location. She helped us take photos at every scenic spot, paying attention to angles and effects. At the Forest Cafe, she even walked around to take pictures for each group. We happened to be in the highest and furthest spot, so we truly appreciate Jennie making the effort to come up and photograph us. My family and I had a fantastic time on 21 March. Our guide, Ah Ting, was very pleasant and helpful. She helped all the group members take so many photos, and we felt that our family album for this trip would not have been so complete without her help. She also sent us information for every stop so that we were clear of the meet up time. So grateful. Great work!

We enjoyed this trip although it was raining- the scenaries, peacefulness of itoshima and love the super fresh oysters for lunch! Special thanks to our tour guide (Ting) who is very friendly and helpful, sheltering us with umbrella and trying her best to explain each location. Also, thankful for the driver who drive us around, we felt safe.

A very laid back tour because the tour group was small. Ting, our tour guide, tried her best to translate everything in English even though she herself said she was not that good in english. The locations we visited were really nice and barely anyone was there too - maybe because its winter.
