Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

• Ticket fees are not included. We will book the tickets in advance. Please pay the guide 178+236+65+72=551 RMB per person after meeting.
• VIP fast pass fee: priority boarding without queuing channel 160 yuan/person, Bailong Elevator without queuing channel 100 yuan/person, Tianzishan ropeway without queuing channel 98 yuan/person.
• Children under 14 years old are exempt from admission tickets, and children under 120cm in height are exempt from VIP tickets, but they need to be included in the passenger count and pay insurance fees.
