Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)

• Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Participation for some attractions has been suspended

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Eligibility

• Children with a height of 130cm and above will be charged the same rate as adults
• Children under 1 meter are exempt from scenic area tickets. At that time, based on height, children between 1 meter and 1.3 meters (exclusive) will need to pay an additional 99 RMB for the Oriental Pearl ticket. Tickets can be purchased at the scenic area entrance or collectively by the tour guide. The child ticket only includes the tour bus fare and guide service fee. For children 1.3 meters or taller, it is recommended to purchase the adult group price. Please be aware.
