For itineraries from December 1st to April 25th of the following year, you will go to Arakurayama Sengen Park and not Mt. Fuji 5th Station.
• 【About choosing between Outlet shopping/hot spring bathing itinerary】If both the outlet and hot spring are closed on the day, you will go to Lake Yamanaka for sightseeing or Lake Yamanaka hot spring as an alternative itinerary (Outlet closing day: once a year, the 3rd Thursday of February)
• [About the "Konohana no Yu" day-trip hot spring bathing experience] For guests who choose to bathe in the hot springs, the hot springs require exiting the parking lot and taking an elevator to reach them; cars cannot drive up. If the facility is closed, it will be changed to Gotemba Fuji Hakkei or Gotemba City Hot Spring Hall.
• 【Regarding itinerary time】 According to Japanese law, Japanese drivers' maximum daily working hours must not exceed 10 hours. The tour guide may appropriately adjust the itinerary order and stopover times based on the traffic and on-site conditions of the day.
• 【About Pre-trip Notification Email】 We will send an email the evening before your departure, between 20:00–22:00 (Japan time). • 【Regarding leaving the group midway】 This itinerary is for a combined group tour, and you cannot leave the group midway or depart early. If you leave the group midway on your own, the remaining itinerary will be considered automatically forfeited, and no refund will be given.
