Highly recommended. Excellent service from the driver to the reception and the therapist. Thai massage is authentic, and you'll be able to customize the strength - the therapist is thoughtful and asks constantly to make sure I'm comfortable. Snacks and tea served before and after the experience. Beautiful place for pictures too.

The first time I came to Zira Spa in Chiang Mai, the quality of their service was beyond my imagination! We were a group of four, but only three of us had massages, but they were willing to arrange transportation for four people to the massage center and transport them together. Luggage! It saves us unnecessary round trips! As for the massage package, I chose the special price period they launched. It is really great value. The technician is professional and powerful. She is a good and powerful girl! As for the rest The staff are also very responsible and courteous, and their professional services can be seen everywhere! I highly recommend this massage!

Zira spa is the best! This time in Chiang Mai, I went to Zira, Makkha (Colonial), Fah Lanna (Nimman), Sense Garden, and Zira is very good in appearance, environment, spa space (independent bathroom, bathing space, toilet, large window) , the professionalism and effect of massage are the strongest. Of course, the price is slightly more expensive, but it is definitely worth the money.

The spa is quite big and seems to be converted from a hotel before. We had a foot soak before the spa then were led behind and upstairs. The rooms had a glass door to prevent noise and was very spacious. My partner and I had the aroma massage and though it felt strong at first but we fell asleep. would come again

The massage prices in Chiang Mai are not cheap, they are on the expensive side. But this is my first time to experience the unique Northern Thai Lanna massage technique, it is very fresh! The masseur also thoughtfully took photos for us. After the oil massage, my body was very oily and I didn’t help to wipe off the oil. However, it is very convenient to take a shower in the room, but it would be better if the shower time could be longer, 5 minutes is easy... The most important thing is that the masseur is very kind and has good techniques. Very relaxing 😌

The hospitality and the professionalism of the masseuse was excellent. We ordered the body scrub and hot oil package, it was slightly cheaper than purchasing in person but also cause if you booked through their website you needed to place a deposit so it was easier to book through klook. However in exchange time slot was less flexible. Overall the massage was great but there’s a couple of improvements that could have been made. Firstly will i booked for 2 person for the same treatment they never asked if we were comfortable to share the same room. During the whole treatment they tried to make as private for both of us as possible but would have preferred separate rooms instead. Secondly the exterior was very nice (as you see from the photos) but the interior wasn’t as impressive as the exterior so a little disappointing. Refreshments was provided before and after treatment

The process is meticulous, and the training is very thorough, ensuring you always know what the next step is during your experience. Highly recommended. Atmosphere: The environment is very clean, and the courtyard landscaping is perfect for influencers to take photos.

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish Had an absolutely wonderful experience at Zira Massage! The driver arrived right on time to pick me up from my hotel, which set the tone for the whole visit. Tee at the front desk was incredibly friendly and took the time to walk me through everything clearly. The massage therapist was truly professional, she paid close attention to my requests, skillfully avoiding the areas I asked to skip while giving extra focus to the spots that needed more work. It’s clear they really listen to their guests. The towels and bed linens were spotless, and I loved the scent of the essential oils they used. Overall, a top-notch experience, highly recommend!
