Our tour guide, Liu Mei, and our Brazilian-Japanese driver took us on a day trip today to Hida Takayama, and then to Shirakawa-go. We are incredibly grateful to Ms. Liu and the driver because when we spontaneously asked to visit a museum in Hida, they showed the utmost consideration and helped us make it happen. This has truly been the most memorable experience of our trip to Japan so far. The guide was clear, and the driver drove very safely, making every effort to ensure everyone was comfortable throughout the journey. We also learned a lot, thank you! We highly recommend this day trip; my wife loved it too :))

I highly recommend using the hotel transfer service, especially when traveling with elderly family members and children. The service provider was very thoughtful in asking about our needs and offered direct pick-up and drop-off at the hotel entrance. Because we had a stroller, they even upgraded our vehicle. Our driver, Mr. Lin, was also very friendly, and his driving skills were excellent and safe. The entire trip to our destination took about two hours, which was just right for us to enjoy some free time before meeting back at the drop-off point for our return. Overall, I highly recommend this service.

Shirakawa-go in summer is like a Miyazaki anime. It's great value for money, the bus is comfortable, and you can easily join a tour without much planning to visit all the photo-worthy spots you want. Highly recommended!

It was very convenient to be picked up and dropped off at the hotel. We spent about 2 hours each in Takayama Old Town and Shirakawa-go, which still felt too short. Many thanks to driver Xiao Li for his service!

The driver and guide were excellent, punctual, and drove smoothly. They were very attentive to our group of 5, proactively providing details and ensuring a seamless arrangement. Even though it was a Japanese holiday, they helped us avoid crowds. The restaurants they recommended were delicious and had no wait, which was fantastic. Our 9-person tour was upgraded to a private 5-person tour, offering even greater flexibility. With children and seniors in our group, I highly recommend them.
