8Adventures Trekking, Rafting and ATV Adventure in Chiang Mai

Having no prior experience with driving, I struggled with the ATV during the trial run. The guide asked me if I wanted him to drive or if I still wanted to try, and encouraged me to try. However, I felt I couldn’t do it so I asked him to drive. He drove the entire way, but informed me I could let him know if I wanted to drive. Durinh the ride, he pointed out scenic viewpoints to me and explained to me about things we saw along the way eg fun facts about elephants. He also stopped when he saw me trying to take pictures. During the ride, it started raining and the terrain was very rocky. The guide constantly ensured that I was ok, and even made a pitstop at a shop to get me a plastic bag for my phone. He also let me put my phone in his bag to prevent it from getting wet. He also offered to take pictures for me. At the end of the ride, he helped me wash my legs with the pressure hose. Despite solo travelling, I felt very included throughout. It was a lovely experience. I recommend!

wonderful experience! everyone said it’s the most exciting ATV adventure they ever had! but it’s not beginner friendly if you have zero driving sense or never tried to drive any vehicles before😬I love the trekking part more! Tim is a friendly and helpful tour guide who in the introduced a lot plants and their village cultures to me!

Look no further if you're looking for a great ATV adventure! We did a 3-hrs with them despite it was our first attempt. We enjoyed ourselves alot! The hotel transfer (pick/drop) was good - driver friendly & van was comfortable & clean. The camp was v organised. Bag lockers provided. Toilet were very clean! The ATV and our protective gears were in good and clean condition. The Trainer and staff there were very friendly and nice. We could feel that we were in good hands. They even provided lunch, and I tell you, the lunch was good! Highly recommended! And we will be back again!

I went on a private 2 hour trekking tour with a guide and rode ATVs for 3 hours. It’s definitely some of the activities you have to try when you’re visiting Chiang Mai and want to get away from the city to see the beautiful countryside of Thailand. Guides who work at the camp are very friendly, they explained the safety rules and how to use ATVs, all of the safety equipment was provided (just make sure you bring sunglasses and gloves). Overall, a very fun and amazing experience, the views were incredible! There are showers, toilets at the camp. The luch was filling and delicous, water was also provided. For the hiking, besides being very outgoing and fun, my guide was very knowledgeable, told me lots of stories and tips. The trekking trail itself is not very long, but there are a lot of slippery rocks and unmarked trails, so make sure you wear suitable shoes. You can also take some beautiful pictures and swim at the waterfall.

The service attitude is very good and the staff is attentive. So fun! Staff very professional and friendly, take care of my friend (even my friend no driving and not good for ride bicycle)

Hassle free trasansaction. I had a tiring but awesome day. The trail took 2.5 to 3 hours and quite steep, but if you are into hiking, this should be fine for you. The ATV and tour at the Elephant Sanctuary was a great experience. Facilities and customer service of 8adventure team was top notch! very prompt pick up and friendly staff, the meals were filling and there also a shop to buy souvenirs (tshirts, mugs, sunglasses, etc) I went trekking which was roughly 2 hours to a lovely waterfall and whilst our guide told us about the plants. I then went ATV diving which was the best time ive had in chiang mai which involved going off-road, meeting elephants, (full tracking provided)

It was a great experience! Not only we get to try the machines but along the route we saw elephants’ sanctuary, crossing small stream and went into small forest. I was feeling a bit unwell towards the end of the ride, but the team is super attentive and took care of our needs very well. Highly recommended!

Amazing! Loved it so much. The instructor were so helpful and they understood if you are scared and they motivated the members! Amazing!
