Gilbert is one of the best guides I've met on Klook, and by far the most thoughtful. Before the trip, I was a bit worried that I might not understand a purely English-speaking guide, but after actually going, I realized there was absolutely no issue with that 💯. When the tour began, our guide Gilbert drove us directly to Kamakura. After parking, we immediately headed to Enoden to start our packed day. Throughout the trip, Gilbert patiently offered tips and gave us plenty of time to take photos and shop at each attraction. I highly recommend bringing extra cash 💰 and wearing comfortable walking shoes 👞, otherwise, your feet might get a bit uncomfortable by the end of the day. Finally, for travelers who were inspired by the Netflix show "Lost in Translation," you don't need to worry 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻, as Gilbert will take you to all the important spots, including Gokurakuji Temple. (If you want to spend more time at a particular attraction, you can discuss it with the guide beforehand 👍🏻)
We had a wonderful day trip on 19 March 2026 to Kamakura, Enoshima, and Yokohama with Ms. Juna Park. We were picked up right on time at 7:30 am, and from the moment we met Juna, we instantly connected with her warm and delightful personality. She is not only a fantastic guide but also an excellent driver—skillfully navigating narrow parking spaces and handling peak-hour traffic between Yokohama and Tokyo with ease. Juna’s knowledge of Japan’s history was impressive, and she seamlessly blended that with insights into modern-day life, pointing out interesting places along the way. One of the highlights was her introducing us to a variety of Japanese foods, which we thoroughly enjoyed tasting. We also learned a great deal about Japanese culture through her engaging explanations. Juna is truly a professional with a wonderful personality, and she made our day both enjoyable and memorable.
I highly recommend the Enoshima course in Kamakura, a place recently rumored to have beautiful scenery on social media. Although it was a day of heavy rain, June Park kindly led us precisely on time, ensuring we weren't inconvenienced by the weather, making our day incredibly fulfilling. I'd love to visit again on a day with good weather. If you want to create wonderful memories in Japan, a visit to Kamakura will surely fill your trip with charming experiences. Thank you, June Park, for your excellent explanations and kindness, even in the heavy rain.
Juna was an incredible guide and driver—friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. We did this tour on 26/03/2026, and although the weather wasn’t ideal with quite a bit of rain, it didn’t dampen our spirits. Our small group of four, along with Juna, made the most of the day regardless. The Great Buddha was absolutely breathtaking—no words or photos can truly capture its presence. Standing there in person is an unforgettable experience. The coastline of Kamakura was stunning, and it was amazing to see surfers out in the water despite the rain. It really added to the atmosphere. Enoshima is truly beautiful, and I would highly recommend spending at least two days there to fully explore and appreciate everything it has to offer. We also visited Japan’s largest Chinatown, which was a fun and vibrant experience. Overall, a memorable and worthwhile experience!
what an amazing day, the sun was shining all day. Golddy was our guide today and she was amazing and an excellent guide. I was travelling on my own and she made me feel very welcomed with great information. she also helped me take pictures as it’s hard to get a nice picture of yourself when you are travelling solo.
We had a fun and memorable Enoshima and Kamakura Tour! Juna is such a sweet, bubbly and approachable tour guide. Although our itinerary is packed and tight, we didnt feel rushed. We were able to appreciate the fusion of old world and modern charm Kamakura and Enoshima had to offer. I would definitely recommend this tour to my friends!
I had an amazing experience on the Kamakura and Yokohama tour! Everything was well-organized, the itinerary was enjoyable, and we had enough time to explore each stop. A special thanks to Ms. Juna, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the trip fun with her helpful tips and interesting stories. She kept the group organized while making everyone feel comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free day trip from Tokyo!
It was a pleasant trip and tour. Although it rained heavily in the morning, the schedule allowed for suitable time at each stop, so we weren't soaked for too long. In the afternoon, during our free time on Enoshima, the rain stopped, and it was very comfortable and relaxing. Finally, the afternoon itinerary in Yokohama left us wanting more. Next time, I'd like to experience a Yokohama night view tour. Thank you to our guide, Jeffery, for his attentive and responsible companionship; he managed the schedule very precisely.
Our guide was very kind and cheerful, which made the trip enjoyable. They provided explanations about the places we visited while traveling, and it was great to have personal sightseeing time, like free time, after getting off the bus or train. The itinerary was not too strenuous but still allowed us to enjoy a fulfilling experience. I highly recommend this tour to anyone planning to visit Kamakura or Yokohama, as it's easy to get to Kamakura by bus.
Had the most amazing day ever! Special thanks to Juna (our tour guide) 🫶🏼I loved having the freedom to roam around. Everything was planned to perfection: itinerary, food recommendations, transport, communication. 10/10 recommend ⭐️ PS: don’t forget your sunscreen in summer time (you will get sunburnt!!).
