Communication was excellent. The itinerary was packed, but we had plenty of time for activities, sightseeing, and rest. It was a shame it rained on the day of the Shibazakura Festival, but the itinerary was adjusted due to the weather, and we ended up visiting more places. The main highlight, the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, was fantastic! With so many different modes of transportation, going with a tour group was incredibly convenient, and we didn't have to wait long at all.
Manager Ma is very attentive! Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route is incredibly beautiful and definitely worth a visit. The dining was exquisite. Shirakawa-go is stunning.
Dear Sir/Madam, Our Tour I joined on 16 April 2026 Overall, it was a very wonderful and memorable experience. The itinerary was well planned and enjoyable I would like to especially commend our tour guide, Mingli Lin, for her professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness throughout the trip. She ensured everything ran smoothly and always attentive to the needs of the group. The lady driver 斐春英 also deserves recognition for her excellent driving skills—her driving was consistently stable and safe which made the long journeys very comfortable. She very helpful at all times. Both of them truly deserve a five-star rating One area for improvement would be the group arrangement at the Snow Wall. Our group of six was combined into a much larger group of 44 people. This led to inconvenience and waiting time, which affected our overall experience. - Please ensure you confirm the meeting time and location yourself and arrive before the specified time to actively check in with the LION tour leader.
- The bus will depart on time. Failure to arrive on time or inability to participate in the tour due to personal reasons will be regarded as a voluntary abandonment of the itinerary, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
- The itinerary sequence, duration of stops, and route are for reference only and will be flexibly adjusted according to the weather, traffic, and on-site conditions of the day. The actual arrangements will be based on the on-site situation.
- In the event of inclement weather, natural disasters, traffic accidents, government orders, or other force majeure factors, the company reserves the right to adjust, change, or cancel the itinerary for safety reasons.
- All itinerary times are estimates, and actual arrival times may be delayed due to traffic conditions. It is recommended to avoid arranging other activities in the evening.
- During the peak season for the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route snow walls, sightseeing spots or accommodation order may be adjusted due to crowds, mountain entry reservations, or accommodation confirmation status.
- If an early departure is required, resulting in the inability to dine at the hotel, a meal box or JPY 1,000 allowance per person will be provided instead. Thank you for your understanding.
- Bus seats are assigned one per person and cannot be specified. It is possible that you may be seated with a person of the opposite sex. The actual arrangements will be based on the on-site situation.
- Each passenger is limited to one suitcase (total length of three sides not exceeding 120 cm). If you have special luggage such as strollers or wheelchairs, please specify it when booking. Whether it can be carried will be determined by the bus company.
- Infants under 2 years old who do not occupy a seat can participate for free. Each adult is limited to one infant, who must be seated on their lap, and the age must be specified when booking.
- Travelers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult; travelers over the age of 80 must be accompanied by a relative or friend.
- This itinerary includes a relatively long transportation time. Please evaluate your personal physical condition before registering. If you have chronic diseases, mobility issues, pregnancy, or other health considerations, please be sure to inform us when registering and carefully consider whether you are suitable to participate in the tour.
- If you need to leave the group midway, please inform us in advance and sign a departure consent form. Travelers are responsible for their own itinerary and safety after leaving the group, and no refunds will be given.
