How to Activate Jeju All Pass

• Step 1: Open the LINK
• Step 2: Enter the 8-digit code on your voucher
• Step 3: Show the Barcode on screen at participating locations to use your pass (remaining time is shown on the same page)

🎟️ Usage Rules

• The pass is valid for 24 / 48 / 72 consecutive hours, starting from the time of first use
• Each attraction can be used once only. Repeat entry is not allowed.
• Jeju All Pass generally allows use at 1-hour intervals per operator. ※ Some attractions may require longer intervals. Please refer to attraction details.

👥 Ticket Type & Number Policy

• Please purchase tickets according to the actual user type [Adult(20+) / Youth(14-19) / Child(4-13)/Age 0-3(free,if applicable)] and number of visitors.
• Some partner locations define infants as 0–24 months instead of 0–3 years. Please check the attraction details before visiting.
• If ticket type or quantity does not match actual users, entry may be refused.

👨‍👩‍👧 Group Usage Policy

• Jeju All Pass tickets cannot be partially refunded by person and partial-use refunds are not available.
• If group members plan to enter separately, individual passes must be purchased. ※ Example: If 5 adult passes are purchased in one transaction, one barcode will be issued. ※ The number of people linked to one barcode cannot be adjusted at attractions requiring additional payment.

🐎 Experience-Type Attraction Notice

• Waiting times may be longer during peak seasons, school trips, or group visits.
• Some experiences may close early depending on operator conditions.
• Please contact the operator in advance to confirm availability.

☕ Café & Complimentary Items

• Café menus, desserts, and complimentary items may be changed or substituted without prior notice depending on supply conditions.
