Yuri is our tour guide today. The fuji trip was absolutely wonderful! From the breathtaking panoramic view of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi at the Tenjozan Park (with the ropeway ride up), to the serene four-season beauty at Oishi Park, the magical photographer’s secret spot at Arakurayama Sengen Park with the five-storied pagoda perfectly framed with Fuji, the retro Showa-era vibes at Fujiyoshida Old Street, and the iconic red Lawson store every stop felt like stepping into a postcard. Thank you so much for carefully planning the itinerary. She helped me experience so many different beautiful sides of Mount Fuji in one day — the majestic natural scenery, the deep cultural charm, and that immersive romantic feeling. It was truly unforgettable. I’m really grateful for your effort! This has become one of our most cherished trips this year. Looking forward to exploring more amazing places with Yuri next time!

Our guide Berry 小王was amazing! Fuji mountain forecast was visible 10/10 on the day of our tour, plus it was during golden week and on a Saturday…so no doubt there was extreme traffic, and because of weather the cable car stopped service, it had to be cancelled. We were so disappointed… But! Half way through the tour Berry was notified that cable car was back in service again, she managed take us back to cable car! She even had her colleague helped her buy the tickets in advanced so we could save more time, really appreciate her hard work making everything work on such a chaos day 😊Tour was well worth it, time given for each stop was just right, not very rushed. I would suggest bringing your own small lunch, line-ups are long for everything! And don’t be late!! The bus will not wait, someone on our bus was late for 5+ min, we left without him with his luggage still on the bus no jokes🙃

We decided to join the one-day tour to Mount Fuji just two days before, and we were so lucky to have Penguin, an enthusiastic and lively guide. His bilingual introductions in Chinese and English were very fluent and clear, and he was very young and friendly. The tour bus we took was comfortable and clean, and most importantly, the driver was very steady and safe. Our child, who is prone to motion sickness, adapted well today. Thank you for giving us such a happy and wonderful memory. We were also very fortunate that the entire day's activities were completed in hot weather, and we even saw a clear view of Mount Fuji. It only started raining on the way back to Tokyo Station! We will definitely book again if we have the chance! Thanks to Penguin's recommendation, the lemon functional drink really helped reduce a lot of fatigue...

Our tour guide, Ms. Yuri, was professional and friendly, fluent in Chinese, English, and Japanese. Her explanations were clear, and the itinerary was well-organized. It was my first time on a group tour, and I was incredibly lucky to get a clear, panoramic view of Mount Fuji! Although the one-day tour was packed, the quality of the experience was excellent, leaving a wonderful impression of Japan. The driver was very smooth, and no one experienced motion sickness, allowing us to even catch some short naps. If given the chance, I hope to join Ms. Yuri's tour again. Thank you!

Today was incredibly lucky; we had a clear view of Mount Fuji's full splendor all day, and it was an unforgettable sight! Our guide, Aoki, was exceptionally good, demonstrating high professionalism and enthusiasm. He patiently explained the history and stories of Mount Fuji in both Chinese and English throughout the tour, which was very impressive. Furthermore, Aoki was very helpful, proactively assisting everyone in capturing beautiful photos from various angles, which greatly enhanced the trip. With professional explanations paired with breathtaking scenery, this journey was truly worthwhile, and I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Our guide Yuri was super enthusiastic and really helpful throughout. She even rushed to get us tickets so we could be the first group to see Mount Fuji and we got the clearest view ever, with some breathtaking family photos. Overall, it was a really well-planned day trip with plenty of time at each stop.

Dana, a high-standard tour guide, and a high-quality tour group, with precise time control. The early bird gets the worm. Arriving at Kawaguchiko early meant we were there before other groups, so there was no queue for the ropeway and no traffic jams. The quality of the tour was also excellent. The tour guide provided detailed introductions to each attraction along the way, using both Chinese and English appropriately, with a clear tone, making it easier to understand the highlights of the tour. We also had a spectacular view that day, with an unobstructed view of Mount Fuji - great value!

Perfect day with the cherry blossoms in full bloom and clear skies. We had the nicest guide, Arielle, who was very helpful and thoughtful. She went out of her way to take photos of our family and gave us tips for our stay in Tokyo. best tour ever!

Lovely tour of beautiful locations to see Mount Fuji. Ariel was very friendly and informative, and put in lots of effort to make sure we had early tickets for the cable car. We were also lucky to have a fantastic view of Fuji in the morning, even though it was cloudy later in the day :)
