Azura 2D1N Luxury Cruise: Ha Long Bay & Lan Ha Bay Tour

This time, I participated with a friend. A free round-trip shuttle bus from Hanoi to the port was included. The one-way trip took about 2.5 hours, but we had a 30-minute break at a service area-like stop. It was well-equipped with restrooms, cafes, and souvenir shops. We transferred from the port to the cruise ship by a small boat. Upon arrival, we first enjoyed a buffet lunch, and afterward, we went kayaking to a cave and relaxed by the ship's pool. Dinner was a course meal, and there was a special moment when a cake was brought out to celebrate other guests' anniversaries and birthdays. Everyone celebrated together, and it was a very happy time. Water, coffee, and tea were provided in the room free of charge. Most drinks on board were available for a fee. Payment could be made with either cash or card. Day 2 started with a morning buffet, followed immediately by a kayaking experience. Although we only kayaked around the cruise ship, it was a lot of fun. After that, we had some time to relax, spending it in our room before enjoying the final brunch buffet. The staff on board were very kind; they patiently explained things to us even though we didn't speak English and took photos for us, which made our trip enjoyable and worry-free. If I have the chance again, I would love to join the Azura Cruise, and I would recommend it to my friends and family when I return to Japan. It was an excellent cruise tour. Thank you.

My husband and I had the most precious time with Azura Cruise. ❤️ From the moment they picked us up from the hotel until we disembarked, everything was absolutely impeccable. Each room on board comes with its own private balcony, which made the experience even more special. And the food? SOOO good! 🤤 Every meal was delicious, and the itinerary throughout the cruise was thoughtfully planned. Every single person we encountered was so accommodating, warm, and helpful. It was truly such a pleasant and memorable experience. The cruise and the whole organisation is insane, I would definitely recommend it! The food is also outstanding, they ask for your preferences and prepare special meals if you need so (I don’t eat meat and there was no problem with that). Also there are plenty of activities the day you start so the day is full of leisure time but take into account that everything starts in the exact time from timetable so don’t be late for it🤣 as we missed couple of activities because of being late for them for 5-10 mins😁

What an incredible bucket list experience! 😍Not only did we see the most breathtakingly spectacular views, the excursions were amazing — getting to kayak and see the caves truly felt like a dream! The friendly staff were so attentive and made the trip even more comfortable, the food service was divine and our rooms were so spacious, clean. Thankyou so much klook for the best 48 hours were so sad to leave!

fantastic cruise!!! every effort was made to make our trip comfortable. international cuisine. kids loved all the activities. do carry dry fit clothes and swimsuits. especially footwear.. the manager Mr. Ha was very good. Will definitely recommend.

The cruise exceeded all our expectations. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly throughout the entire journey, from the shuttle bus to the crew on board. Dinner was surprisingly good, especially the Western dishes, which were light, well-balanced, and very enjoyable. We were also pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to the Imperial Suite, which featured a private sauna, sun deck, and even a mini golf area. The room was beautifully designed with great attention to detail. Combined with the stunning scenery of Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay, it made for a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended!

Our stay in the Imperial Suite at Azura Cruise was truly unforgettable. The room was incredibly spacious, elegant, and beautifully designed with a luxurious modern touch. From the comfortable king-size bed to the breathtaking views of Ha Long Bay, every detail felt premium and relaxing. The private balcony and bathtub experience made the trip even more special — waking up surrounded by the limestone islands was simply magical. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The food, ambiance, and overall service exceeded expectations. If you want a luxurious and peaceful cruise experience in Vietnam, the Imperial Suite on Azura Cruise is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended for couples, honeymooners, or anyone wanting to experience comfort and luxury at sea.

Traveling abroad can be a little nerve-wracking, especially when you’re concerned about potential language barriers, but this experience put all of those worries to rest. The communication was exceptional from start to finish, including confirming our hotel pickup and drop-off details. Our bus guide, Lee, was incredibly informative, and funny, which made the journey even more enjoyable. The bus was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very accommodating whenever restroom breaks were needed. This experience far exceeded our expectations. Once on the cruise line the staff, food, and excursions were all amazing. The cruise itself was absolutely stunning and looked exactly like the pictures—if not better. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, making for a truly memorable experience. We are so grateful for the opportunity and look forward to returning and doing this experience again in the future.

The whole trip from start to finish was great. Pickup from hotel and transfer back to hotel was very smooth. The cruise itself was amazing too. Great food and entertainment, good facilities and the staff were exceptional. Great value for money and would definitely recommend Azura cruises.

We had a wonderful experience onboard Azura Cruise in Halong Bay. The yacht is new, elegant, and truly luxurious. The culinary experience exceeded our expectations, and the service was impeccable. Agnes, Jessica, and Bao went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommended.
