Reviews
We had an amazing time on our, largely due to our tour guide Gilbert! It was great to be guided by someone so knowledgeable and positive! Definitely great value for money. Absolutely breathtaking views of Mt Fuji at multiple spots along the way :)
I highly recommend this Mount Fuji day tour—it was a truly unique experience! Seeing Mt. Fuji during the Shibazakura Festival felt magical, with the beautiful pink carpet of flowers. We were so lucky to have a clear, bright, sunny day, making the views even more breathtaking. We visited Fuji Motosuko Resort, Oshino Hakkai, Lake Yamanaka and even the famous Lawson with Mt. Fuji in the background. One highlight was seeing the famous James Bond Swan (his number is 007, hence the name!😀) at Lake Yamanaka, which made the experience even more special. My mom and I enjoyed this tour so much. Our tour guide, Miss Yui Yui, was very friendly, accommodating, and informative. She shared helpful information in the group chat, and gave us enough time at each stop. She also kept everything organized by sharing Google Maps pins and meeting times. She even kindly offered to take our photos. Highly recommended! ✨
I am glad that I was able to join this tour. I had fun and it was a great experience. The tourguide Ms Kim Bongduk (Goldy), she’s very kind, approachable and very knowledgeable. she’s willing to extend her effort for us to enjoy the trip. The tourist spots we went were very perfect. plus, we have seen Mt. Fuji! such an amazing experience. I will really recommend this to my friends. Arigatou Gozaimasu Ms. Goldy ❤️
it was totally worth it. i have some mobility issue but everything was do-able. The guide Yui ad the driver were very friendly, accommodating and patient. i would deffinitely recomment their service to anyone.
we have enjoyed our day trip tour especially with very friendly, helpful and professional tour guide Gilbert san. Today is our very lucky day, even in morning a little bit cloudy in Tokyo but after we arrived at all sight seeing spots, we can view the Mt Fuji fully without blocking by the cloud. The weather is cooling when the wind blow, the Shibazakura, cherry flower tulips is blooming. We really enjoyed our trip.
Fantastic day trip with an amazing guide! Everything about this tour was seamless. From Fuji Motosuko Resort to the famous Lawson photo spot and Oshino Hakkai, the pacing was perfect. Our guide, Gilbert, was so helpful and always ready to lead the way. He is very friendly and went out of his way to be accommodating to everyone in the group. Five stars!
We had the most amazing day exploring with Yui! She is knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure we saw the stunning views of Mt. Fuji. She also gave us amazing personal recommendations for local snacks, the perfect lunch/dinner spots, and most importantly, fantastic coffee. 🫶
It was such a fun experience, and we’re so grateful we still got to see Mt. Fuji despite the rainy morning. Yuri and Watanabe were incredibly kind and accommodating. We really appreciated how they guided us throughout the trip—they were always smiling.
Our family joined a Mt. Fuji day tour covering Fuji Motosuko Resort, the Lawson photo spot, Oshino Hakkai, and the Mt. Fuji museum—one of the highlights of our Japan trip thanks to our guide, Kei. Kei was organized yet flexible, adjusting plans around weather and crowds. Despite a rainy forecast, we enjoyed clear, sunny views. Fuji Motosuko Resort was stunning, with Mt. Fuji framed by blooming moss phlox, and Kei ensured we had time for great photos without rushing. The Lawson stop was quick but fun, with Kei helping us navigate the crowds for that iconic shot. Oshino Hakkai impressed us with its crystal-clear ponds, and Kei’s explanations of its cultural and natural significance made it more meaningful. At the Mt. Fuji museum, interactive exhibits deepened our understanding, enhanced by Kei’s insights. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout, even assisting with food and navigation. Overall, it’s a great one-day tour, and we highly recommend Kei! Arigato Gozaimasu Kei!
Our tour guide, Golddy, was incredibly wonderful and dedicated. When I applied for this tour, I noticed the language options were only English/Korean, neither of which I speak. I asked the guide about it, and she actually went out of her way to speak Japanese for me, which made her job much busier, and I felt quite bad about it. The guide was extremely conscientious and responsible, allowing my mother, who isn't in the best physical condition, to enjoy the tour thoroughly. We truly owe it to her care. Thank you!
