Kyoto Sumo Stable: Sumo Show Ticket with Chicken Chanko Hot Pot

We had a fantastic time at the sumo show and dinner. The entire experience was well put together—dinner and drinks were excellent, and the host was welcoming and engaging throughout. The wrestlers were highly entertaining, and we especially loved how they involved the audience, making it a fun and interactive experience. Highly recommended!

Incredibly interactive and funny, the announcer and the sumo do a great job of reeling in the audience, the geisha are lovely and the wait staff are attentive. Its a must do if you are in Kyoto, you will not regret it.

What a fun night! Had a great experience and loved the food! The show was superb funny, the Gieshas so graceful, and the MC and staff did a great job. The sake was powerful and the drinks just kept on coming. We are very happy we visited The Kyoto Sumo Club! customers!

Excellent evening of entertainment. l really was not expecting the evening to be so much fun. We were upgraded to premium seats upon arrival,food was not bad, with unlimited drinks. The sumo guys and the host were funny. Good audience participation, a great evening altogether, and steps from our hotel. I would highly recommend.

experience: My wife, my two children (12 and 11), and I had a fantastic time. They explain the history and rules of sumo in English while you enjoy unlimited food and drinks, which are easy to order. The wrestlers are very entertaining, and at the end, I even got to participate in a match against a wrestler.

This was so fun!! BTW This was more of showcase and immersive comedy experience than it was a sumo match. The MC explained the rules, lifestyle and fun facts about Sumos and also gave the audience opportunities to participate. We found ourselves laughing and learning the entire time, and the food was all super yum. Kyouroman and Koyouki were such a delight to watch. Would come back again!

I can’t recommend the sumo show at Kyoto Sumo Club enough! It might end up being the highlight of our trip. The show is educational, funny and interactive. The food and drinks were great. For the price absolutely incredible value.
