The itinerary was great, and our guide, Mengmeng, was very attentive. We were lucky to encounter heavy snowfall in Shirakawa-go, it was very beautiful. There were plenty of rest stops with restrooms. The Hida Morning Market and the old town were both great to stroll around.

- The day before departure, between 17:00 and 21:00, we will contact you through the contact method you provided. If you do not receive a message, please check your email and check your spam folder.
- During peak tourist seasons, there may be slight delays in sending emails. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one. If you do not receive departure information, please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes in advance at the scheduled meeting time and look for the JRT tour guide flag.
- The itinerary may be adjusted or shortened depending on actual traffic conditions. It is recommended not to book dinner, flights, or Shinkansen, and to bring snacks and power banks.
- If you need to bring luggage or have infants or children traveling with you, please inform us in advance.
- When traveling with a small number of people, a driver and accompanying staff will provide full travel services, without arranging a separate tour leader.
- In case of force majeure factors (blizzards, road closures, etc.), cancellation of attractions or changes to the itinerary will not be refunded or rescheduled.
- If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number required for the group, the tour will be canceled, and an email notification of the tour cancellation will be sent 1 day before departure.
- In the event of bad weather such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made 1 day before departure (local time 18:00) as to whether to cancel the tour, and you will be notified by email at any time thereafter.
- The company will not provide refunds for passengers who abandon the tour midway due to personal reasons.
- Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time and do not be late. Since this itinerary cannot be transferred to other flights or joined midway, if you fail to participate in the day trip due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for the corresponding losses.
- This itinerary only provides Chinese-speaking guides. If you need an English-speaking guide, please indicate this when placing your order. Arrangements will be made depending on the situation, but there is no guarantee. If there is no note, a Chinese-speaking guide will be the default.
- Children under 3 years old who need to occupy a seat must purchase a ticket, which is the same price as an adult, and must be noted.
- The itinerary does not include personal travel and accident insurance, and it is recommended to purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have certain risks, so please register carefully according to your health conditions.
- After the itinerary departs, if it is forced to be terminated due to natural disasters or force majeure, the fee will not be refunded, and passengers will be responsible for the return trip or additional accommodation costs.
