the best tour package since there are lots of snowfall during our time, the driver/tour guide really took care of us and also took pictures/videos of us. highly recommended for first time doing this activity, will do it again if ever we go back in sapporo.
The view of Mount Moere from within the park was a picturesque backdrop. The snow-capped mountain added a serene and majestic touch to the overall landscape, enhancing the sense of tranquility.

10/10 would recommend!! this is great for 1st timers in Sapporo & most winter activities. Moerenuma is a bit hard to go to by commute/by yourself so having the instructor around is a big help!!👍🏼 HIRO IS WONDERFUL! He taught us the different types of footprints in the snow & took our pictures. He was very patient with us. Dont forget to bring your eye shades & wear lots of sunblock on your face when doing this. I thoroughly enjoyed this activity!

Mr Hiro and company were very accomodating. My daughter and I enjoyed a lot in the park while snowshoeing. They capture videos and pictures like a pro. We highly recommend this activity if you are planning a trip to Sapporo during winter.
The day before the event, I contacted Klook customer service staff and asked about the gathering time and location on the day of the event, as well as the contact information of the tour guide. After confirming the gathering time and location, Klook said that the supplier would send me an email, but I never received it. I still got nothing after asking all afternoon The next morning, I went to the designated place 15 minutes earlier to wait, and asked passers-by everywhere. It took me 30 minutes to make sure I was released... Fortunately, Klook has refunds, but only refunds are inevitable. People feel that sincerity is insufficient. After all, we spent a lot of time asking and waiting, and we also prepared related items for the ski trip in our luggage, but this part must be absorbed by ourselves, which makes people feel unreasonable

We had a really great time snowshoeing for the first time. Moerenuma Park was wonderful to explore in the snow and our guide Jiro took some great photos in our group of 6. The transport to and from the hotel was very convenient. Very fun and great for beginners.

it’s a great place to go with your family or friends. It would be better if the guide brought along coffee or tea in hot tumbler, so we could have it in the middle of the park or in between the christmas trees with the snow
