the small group (9person) 1day tour experience was so awesome. we had a smooth travel and also we left on time. the driver Vincent was nice and very conmunicative for the meetup. He also gave some interesting trivia on the way. The stops and scheduled time for each were planned well. we were lucky to get a good weather and saw the mt.fuji clearly.

I would recommend this tour to everyone I know! The driver was super kind and very helpful. He made our experience wonderful. I would do this tour again on my next trip!

We booked a Mount Fuji tour for the 15th, and we arrived at the attractions promptly at 8:30 AM. We visited every scheduled stop! Our driver and guide, Shang, was very kind and patiently answered all our questions about the attractions. His driving and parking skills were excellent! 😆

The driver and tour guide were great and introduced the attractions, but the lunch they took us to was a bit expensive and didn't suit our taste. 🤣 The other itinerary arrangements were good. Luckily, we were in a nine-person minibus 🚐

The car was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. However, it was a shame that we couldn't sit together with our child; we were seated in the front and back by the door. What if our child had been very young? The tour picked us up last, right on time. The parts of the trip and locations where the guide wasn't with us felt private, which was nice. Overall, we visited many places, and it was very worthwhile.

Our driver and guide, Mr. Yoshijima, was an excellent driver and communicated very clearly. At each stop, he accurately pointed out the direction of the attractions, the pick-up location, and allowed sufficient time for sightseeing. The small group tour experience was more flexible and adaptable than a large group tour, and I would choose it again next time.

The tour guide was awesome! He explained well at each spot, and we had a really great time. Mount Fuji is absolutely stunning!

This was my first time joining a Klook Mount Fuji day tour. I saw many people highly recommend the 9-person small group tour, so I signed up, thinking the visibility for Mount Fuji on the 9th would be good. On the morning of the 9th, it was raining. I waited in front of the hotel at 6:50 AM and didn't get picked up until 7:50 AM. The driver explained that he couldn't add international Line IDs in Japan, so he couldn't contact me beforehand. However, he should have used email to contact me instead of making me wait and wait. I thought the attractions on the itinerary were good, but the time spent at each stop was too short. Also, we were originally scheduled to return at 6:00 PM, but the tour ended at 2:50 PM, and we arrived back in Tokyo and at the hotel by 4:20 PM. The most unpleasant part of this trip was that there were two children in the same car who cried and fussed the entire way there and the entire way back. It was unbearable. I had hoped to get some rest during the two-hour drive, but the children ruined it for me.

I highly recommend tour guide Vincent Fan! He is fluent in two languages, caters to tourists from various countries, and has extensive experience in the industry. On the day of our tour, thick clouds obscured Mount Fuji, so he flexibly adjusted our itinerary to take us to viewpoints with better visibility. He thoughtfully looked after every member of our group, making the trip incredibly enjoyable!
