- Children aged 4–15 travelling on a public day tour must be seated in an allocated seat and wear a seat belt
- In the event that Puffing Billy is cancelled due to high temperatures, extreme weather, or fire restrictions, a refund of $45 per adult and $22.5 per child will be issued. All other activities in the itinerary will proceed as planned. Please note that this does not entitle participants to cancel the entire tour. Thank you for your understanding.
