The weather was perfect, the itinerary was perfect, and even the timing adjustment was spot on. We visited the last two courses first, and that adjustment felt like a stroke of genius! To be able to see Mount Fuji, which is said to be shy, without any regrets—from Mount Fuji with a few clouds to the majestic Mount Fuji with all the clouds cleared away—it was such a perfect itinerary. You constantly looked out for us, always trying to give us more information, providing detailed explanations so we could move ahead, and even the photo spots were perfect! Thanks to you, we ate a lot of delicious food, saw many beautiful sights, and took many lovely pictures. It was wonderful that four women could explore Mount Fuji without getting tired. I'll never forget the scenery of the lake with the swans. And to the bus driver, thank you so much for the Shine Muscat grapes. I was incredibly touched at the end of the tour. I participated in a solo Mount Fuji sightseeing tour and it was a truly satisfying experience. Since I was traveling alone, taking photos wasn't easy, but our guide, Mr. Ohashi Heiki, thoughtfully took many pictures for me, allowing me to create wonderful memories. He provided interesting and friendly explanations throughout the journey, so there was never a dull moment. I enjoyed the tour so much that time just flew by. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone traveling alone. Thanks to him, I was able to create unforgettable memories amidst the beautiful scenery of Mount Fuji. Thank you! 😊

March is when spring mists begin to roll in and the skies become cloudier, making Mount Fuji so elusive that there's a joke in Japanese travel communities that you'd have to have saved a country in a past life to see it. But perhaps it was because I was with Coco-san?! I felt incredibly lucky. Photographers from all over the world visit multiple times just to capture Mount Fuji, yet on my very first visit, I was able to photograph a perfect Mount Fuji from a prime photo spot! You know that swans are considered auspicious and sacred, right? They mate for life and travel in pairs, and I was so happy to capture them forming a heart shape. Don't hesitate—there aren't many tours where you can photograph swans. The tour itself was smooth and efficient, the language was perfect, and our guide was so kind and always kept the atmosphere bright, which I believe contributed to me getting that perfect shot of Mount Fuji!

I was looking at various Mount Fuji tours on Klook and chose this one because I wanted to go to a place with Lake Kawaguchiko. Guide Ooashi was in charge, and he was a great speaker with excellent delivery, making it a fun tour! He explained in Korean and Chinese alternately. He was a language master. Above all, the weather was on our side, and the guide's photography skills were excellent, so I went on the tour with my mom, and he took such beautiful family photos of us together! He's the top photographer among all the guides I've met so far! If you're a solo traveler considering a tour, you can get amazing photos if you meet Guide Ooashi 👍 Also, the guide recommended a maple-flavored ice cream shop in the middle, and I bought a mix of lavender and maple flavors. The maple flavor tasted like rich maple syrup, and the lavender was refreshing and fragrant, so personally, it was even more delicious than the lavender ice cream I had when I went to Hokkaido...! 🤤 (Everyone, please eat it...)

It was my first time visiting Japan, and using Klook was the best decision. It would have been nearly impossible to see all these places in one day without transportation arranged for us. Our tour guide, Eiichi, was excellent!! Fun, hardworking, and very knowledgeable. He shared a lot about Japanese culture and even taught us useful phrases along the way, which made the experience more engaging. We were also very lucky to have a perfectly clear day, which made the views even more incredible. The entire trip was absolutely worth it. I would gladly do this tour again, especially if Eiichi were the guide.

Highly recommend this for those who have a hard time comparing various Mt. Fuji tours and choosing one!!!!!! If you're looking for a Mt. Fuji tour, this is a full course that includes visiting courses + a swan feeding experience, and the scheduling is better than other products. If you just do as the guide tells you, you won't waste time on the street lining up~ And actually, I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get a proper explanation because it was a tour with tourists from various countries, but thanks to the amazingly talented language skills of guide Mr. Ohashi, there were no problems at all. He explained in Korean and Chinese, and all the explanations were informative, and it felt like he was giving more information tailored to Koreans when explaining in Korean. And above all, he spoke so interestingly and kindly took care of me in Korean throughout the tour, so my mom praised me for making a good reservation, haha. I didn't see many colorful landscapes because it was winter, and the weather wasn't very clear, so I couldn't see Mt. Fuji even when I was feeding the swans, but the weather gradually improved after I had a meal at Hakkai, so I enjoyed Mt. Fuji to the fullest in the remaining courses~ Oh, and when I booked on Klook, the guide gave me a snack in the middle. I received it and carried it around, and when my sugar dropped while going up to the five-storied pagoda at Sengen Park, it was perfect. ㅎㅎ Good!!!!

We were guided by Ms. Hathaway and really happy with the experience. I like how this tour starts earlier than others (7.30AM from Tokyo Station), so it wasn't very crowded when we got to each spot. Managed to take a lot of good pictures and enjoyed the scenery despite the short duration of this trip, as the timing was quite efficient. Our guide also gives a lot of fun facts and stories about Japan which I found interesting. She helped us took photos in front of the Fuji Mountain as well. Even though some of the participants in this tour weren't very punctual, Ms. Hathaway was very patient and professional. She's so nice and even gave me some mochi snacks on the bus because I'm pregnant. Overall, this was a very memorable trip and I'm really satisfied. Would definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful trip with Guide Ohashi. The weather was absolutely perfect, so I took a ton of photos and saw Mount Fuji more than I ever thought I would in my lifetime. Both the guide and the bus driver were incredibly kind and provided detailed information, so we didn't get lost and had a great time. Traveling by bus also meant it wasn't tiring at all. I would definitely recommend this trip to any friends planning to visit Mount Fuji.
