Chartered Car Service Information Itinerary Flexibility: The starting point and ending point of the chartered car are decided by the customer. Attractions can be combined freely, and the itinerary of the day can be flexibly adjusted. Booking Method: Provide LINE, WhatsApp, or WeChat ID. Customer service will confirm the itinerary and pick-up/drop-off locations. Service Hours: Service lasts for 10 hours for departures and terminations in Fukuoka City, and 9 hours for departures and terminations in Kumamoto City. ※ Car usage past 20:00 on the day will incur a night shift fee.
Other Expenses: ・ Actual highway fees, tolls, and parking fees on the day must be settled in cash with the driver. ・ Overtime fee for 5-7 seater vehicle models: 5,000 JPY/hour; Overtime fee for 10-seater and above vehicle models: 10,000 JPY/hour. ※ This product does not include meals, attraction tickets, hotel accommodations, etc.

The roads to Takachiho are notoriously winding and narrow, but Haku-san’s driving was exceptional—we felt completely safe and relaxed the entire time. Beyond being a reliant and skilled driver, he was incredibly sweet and attentive to our needs. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide for this trip. We would definitely book with Haku-san again! It was a fantastic experience! Our driver, Xiao Tan, chatted with us throughout the trip and shared many interesting stories. At each stop, he thoughtfully informed us about parking locations and details of the attractions. He also shared fascinating insights about the sights along the way. His calm demeanor helped ease any travel anxieties. Highly recommended! Although our family of three did a day trip with no luggage, I still recommend booking the 7-seater; it was very comfortable and spacious.

Our tour guide and driver were very friendly. There were six of us in the private car, and one of us was disabled. Our tour guide, Xiao Chen, was very attentive and automatically helped to dismantle the wheelchair, which made things a lot easier for us. The itinerary was very well arranged, allowing us to successfully complete this Takachiho Gorge trip with a disabled person in a wheelchair.
